Jacob is one of the, I’m sure many techs that work here but this man was so professional with his work. He ran into an issue on a Friday and came in on Saturday (his day off) to finish it, and bought the supplies to finish. He will be getting all my mechanical work from now on. SO IMPRESSED!! Nothing but respect.
