I came to this location for my state inspection in early June. They have a nice waiting room where I was able to sit and do some reading while waiting for the work to get done. They kept me up to date with the status of my car and laid out the required work for me. They even showed me the broken part that had to be replaced.

First time at VIP in Somersworth. I scheduled an oil change online, arrived a few minutes early, and got checked in right away. About halfway through, the Service Consultant showed me test results from the free alignment check, and asked if I wanted them to fix it. No pressure, just asked. I knew there was an issue, so I agreed. They did a great job, were done with everything in under an hour, and charged a reasonable price. I will definitely be back!

This is my local VIP location and let me tell you as a veteran, I really benefit from their services and oftentimes get great discounts and even free inspections!! So, you can bet I'm always bringing my vehicle in here for work and picking up parts while I'm at it!! Thanks guys, I really appreciate what you do for me

There is one gentleman who works the front service desk that is an outstanding employee. The other two are useless and very unprofessional. Pretty good mechanics though.

Usually have been very pleased with VIP.
Not so today. Made an appt. for 11am oil change , tire rotation and alignment . 2:15 pm my car is still sitting in parking lot. Called to see if it is ready “No should be ready by the end of the day” Totally unacceptable for VIP to have my car at 11am and will be ready at the end of the day “ Guess I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
