Despite of informed delivery email coming everyday, I have not received any post for almost a week. when enquired, they keep saying that it will be delivered on same day and they do not have a way of tracking where it is. disappointing.

Brenda G offered complete terrible customer service when I came in to overnight a package; and is the type of person who wants all the respect when she gives none. if I could leave 0 stars, I would.

I brought in a box to ship something. It was a Priority Mail Box or something. They said I couldn't use it for shipping that isn't priority mail. So I asked them if I covered up the letters and words, can I use it for other services? They said yes. Then, after doing that, they denied me shipping the package, and wouldn't give a reason other than "it will be recognized as a priority mail box". So any box with the same dimensions will come up as a priority mail as well? Just a lie. Completely incompetent staff.

For some reason, it's okay to not deliver packages that don't require signatures. Why not try knocking at the very least.

The worst post office of all time. Beware shipping items here, constantly the lazy USPS workers at this post office will neglect to scan items they deliver into P.o. boxes and will hold items that need signatures in the back and just “return to sender”

Only day I could go in to get a change of address form, windows closed with a paper sign saying they won't be open until 9am. Tried calling out for someone to help me just to be ignored. Could have at least said sorry we can't help right now.

Awful. Never get my mail. Have had packages mailed out and never received them. It's getting sickening. When asked they were really rude about it or else I wouldn't post anything about how annoyed I am.

No mail in almost a week. I've seen my Informed Delivery all week with Mail from doctors, a letter I know contained money, paperwork from my insurance company. This is beyond unacceptable.

I live in Thomas apartments. The carrier leaves letter mail in the common area which is ILLEGAL. My change of address has been in my box for a week and my packages fail to get delivered but only with USPS. My husband worked for the post office so I have compassion for how hard the job is but this carrier is absolutely trash.

I live at 708 Sherwood Glen. I constantly get other people's mail. It's not my job to deliver other's mail. I was out of town with only 1 credit card and tried to use it. I was notified that the account was on hold because my mail was returned after being delivered to wrong box. I was very upset and almost stranded. Can you mail deliverers read?

Absolutely horrible at delivering packages they pretty much can't tell there left from there right, at this point I feel like I'm doing there job for them, not to difficult if a package says the address to put it at the correct address not the house down the street I wouldn't complain if it didn't happen 10 times plus come on now

If you want to have people participate in the food drive perhaps the mail carrier should actually take the bags of food that are left out. I literally had to flag down a mail truck that was going by at 3:30 and asked if he was going to collect it, which he ended up doing, but the bag had been sitting out at my front door all day and nobody took it. The mailman had to bend over the bag to put our mail into front door mail slot and left it there. Why bother with a food drive if you are not going to collect the food?
