Over the years, we have have purchased five Subaru Outbacks from Tri-City! Our recent service provider, Lindsey, has provided excellent guidance to us on decisions related to maintenance and repairs! She is willing to go out of her way to make sure all the bases are covered to keep our Outback in top order! As a side note, we recently had our 90,000 mile maintenance service completed. The key to the loaner car was forgotten by me to be return upon completion of the car's use. I called Tri-City and low and behold a staff member living near our home came that day to pick up the key on his way home from work and save us a trip back down to Tri-City to return the key...that to us is extraordinary customer service at its finest degree!!

Tri-City - Anthony, Patty, Matt, Ringo - provided me with such a positive, caring, attentive experience. And luxurious, too! This was my first brand new car purchase, and they helped me customize my dream car including coordinating with another business to re-do the interior in ivory leather. (Subaru seems to have moved away from lighter interiors in the past few years, but don't let that deter you if that's what you really want! From my first phone call to inquire about this, Patty assured me it was a possibility - this was different than the prior dealership I had called, closer to my home, who seemed confused/uncaring about my quest for a *new* Subaru with light interior.) Anthony went back and forth with the leather installers and put in so much time and thought to have everything taken care of, down to the smallest detail. PS, this is not as expensive as one might think - definitely worth looking into, esp. when you see and feel the final product. I felt very taken care of throughout this process, and the car is GORGEOUS. I know I'll have this vehicle for many years, but I also know I will be back to Tri-City for all future car purchases. Thank you again Anthony and team!! PPS, photos don't even do it justice. Look up a 2024 Impreza RS standard interior to see the contrast.

I recently purchased 2 cars from Tricity and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The sales consultant, Brian, was knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, then showed me several suitable options.
The test drive process was smooth, and Brian patiently answered all my questions about the vehicle's features. When it came time to discuss pricing, I appreciated the transparent approach. There was no high-pressure tactics or hidden fees - just straightforward negotiation.
The finance department was equally impressive, explaining all the paperwork clearly and offering reasonable rates on extended warranties without being forceful.
What stood out most was the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction. The manager was truly reasonable and had a no nonsense approach which I really appreciated. Even after the sale, Brian followed up to ensure I was happy with my purchase and to address any concerns.
Overall, I highly recommend Tricity for their professional service, fair pricing, and genuine care for their customers. They've earned my trust and future business.

I had a wonderful experience at Tri City Subaru in Somersworth. I went to get the oil changed in my car at another facility. Instead of the oil being drained my transmission fluid was drained instead. Although I was told the error had been fixed and new transmission fluid was added, they put only 3 quarts instead of 10. After driving for a few days I noticed something was wrong so I called Subaru. I was able to get my car in quickly. Allison kept me updated through the day. She was kind and counseled me on how to report this error to the other facility and gave me confidence to do so. I don’t plan on bringing my car to any other place moving forward.

We had a very good experience with Brian and the Internet sales team. While looking for a vehicle that our local dealer didn't have in stock, we were able to easily connect live, agree on a price and arrange purchase later the same day. Once onsite, Brian demonstrated his product expertise (he owns the same model) and has since followed up to ensure all our questions were answered. Due to purchase timing, I had to revisit the dealership for NH inspection, and the interactions with the service dept were similarly positive. Thanks to Brian for a great customer experience!
