Joe, the rug installer was phenomenal. We give him a 5++ /5. He was a hard worker, very professional and willing to answer any question asked. The installation of the carpet in our living room and stairway was done in a timely manner, and he pulled every corner and every stair super tight and even vacuumed before he left leaving everything spotless. We would highly recommend him to any of our friends. Actually, the whole process was so well handled from the time we walked into the store to look at samples. There was no pressure to purchase but lots of great information given to help us in our decision making. We were able to take samples home to see which looked best with our wall color. We were able to get a time for measuring within just a few days and then the actual install date was only a few weeks out. We thought we might be waiting months. Kudos to TriCity Flooring for making our experience so wonderful.

If you want flooring that looks like ours in less than a year this is your company!
The solution to the gap in the living room was to pack it with putty which came out after washing the floor a couple of times.

Tri-City flooring has again provided us with fast and courteous service and quality carpet very good pricing. Tri-City has been around for many years, and we have used them before, and we gladly use them again. Measurement was quick, and we were given options for padding, and moving furniture around. The installer was fantastic, and provided quick installation in about half day. He removed all the old carpet and cleaned up afterwards.
I can highly recommend Tri-City flooring to anyone who’s looking for hardwood or carpet flooring.

The folks at Tri-City went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the carpeting we chose. Installation, which was complex, went off without a hitch in a single day...furniture moved, old carpeting removed and disposed of, carpeting installed with no visible seams, and all the furniture returned carefully in place. A top notch professional job. Thank you.

Installed our living room carpets yesterday they did a beautiful job can’t see any seams! They were quick and so friendly would 100% hire again for flooring needs. The quality vs price is unbeatable, incredibly soft carpet with out breaking the bank extreme satisfied!

When I arrived at the store a man was sitting in the back room and told me to yell if I needed help. Well since I didn't know much about flooring, I did need help. Not sure why he didn't come out to greet me since there was no one else in the store. Finally had our room measured and was told that we would have the quote in 3 days. After 2 phones calls and 3 weeks later I received a quote. Lied and told me that it was sent via email a few weeks earlier. When I asked to speak to the owner, the person refused to give me his name and number. Poor customer service. Would not recommend.

The wrong back splash was i put in my kitchen despite the fact that I pointed out it was incorrect several times during the installation. I was told that I "must not remember the color". I had them bring the sample board back and it was in fact the wrong one. I was then told they would be making an insurance claim and would then replace it with the correct one. A year passed, and it was never fixed. To make matters worse, the floor they installed has several spaces in it and is now lifting . It's really bad business to not fix your mistake and to leave a customer with the wrong product.Service: Tile work installation

I took my 89-year-old mother to Tri City Flooring today to buy carpeting. Not one employee in the store was wearing a mask! There is a mask mandate in NH at this time. There was even a water cooler for public use. I'm not going to tell my mother where to shop, but I would never give them my business.

Went in today to look for some new flooring, employee was super friendly and helpful and for anyone who is covid concerned the associate that helped me was masked and practicing social distancing.They had a big variety of options to choose from and were reasonably priced.
