Superb service at TriCity. The service mechanic installed my new tires, balanced them and aligned them for better wear. Two additional things were recommended and because of the savings i decided to do one of them. There was no attempts to force the both services. Ian ,the mechanic, did an excellent job. I’ll have all the servicing of my car done at TriCity. I give TriCity a solid 10!!

My experience with Larry at Tri City went as smooth as silk. The people there were friendly and professional. Anne was great but we have problems with the pickup. Went back the day after we bought it to have it looked at. It was later in the day and they did try to find the problem with no luck. We were told by the guy who took us in that we would receive a phone call one way or another first thing the next morning we received no call all day. We are two more days in with no call. I hope this is not a sign of the quality of a ram and service department.

I called the Friday before Monday scheduled repair to make sure the part was in. Received a call Monday afternoon that they had to order the part and the car would be ready Tuesday. The work was done properly. It's too bad it wasn't done as scheduled.
