Place is so trash. Have deals set up, cash out, don't get said deal. They say oops sorry can't do anything about it and you don't get your money back. Why is every upper employee at this target besides jen bad at their job?

The Drive-up pick-up at Target is very convenient at the Somersworth NH location. Target's online ordering is simple & very easy to use. I would recommend it.

Ordered a Starbucks item from drive up here and they messed up my order! Gave me a cold danish when it specifically says on the app to warm it up. I have a baby in the car with me so couldn’t go in to fix the issue but they wouldn’t give me a new crossiant. Only refunded me the money without my food. Worse service ever. If you can’t put in the order right than why do you even offer these services to your customers. Will never be ordering from them again

I’ve shopped Target many times and have had great experiences. Staff is helpful 99% of the time and goes the extra mile. When giving constructive feedback I have returned to see it applied. Amazing- a store that cares about its customers. Nice job. I’ll be back!

the clearance clothes section is a wreck! clothes all over the floor. Toys in the front of store are also extremely unorganized.

This place is a joke. If your going to lock items up, Have someone available to get said items from the locked erea, Customers shouldn't have to wait all night to not be helped.

This isn't the nicest Target that I've ever been to, but it's not terrible. I don't frequent this store often but when I do, it's usually just to the parking lot to pick up my online order. The online ordering and pick up service is great, friendly associates and it's quick! The last few times I've been inside, it's looked run down, the shelves are a disaster, the lack of music alone makes me dislike shopping there, and the super obviousness of their loss prevention team following people around is obnoxious. Another thing is the lack of open registers, any given time, you're lucky to have two manned registers open and just a handful of self scan registers available, causing long lines and even longer wait times. I understand lack of staff, trust me, but there has got to be a better way, maybe add MORE self scans and take out all the registers that can't be used due to lack of staff.

Went into the Somersworth NH store today to pick up some prescriptions. I found myself in the clearance area. I found the last one of the product I was looking for, but without a clearance ticket on it. I asked a stocker if they could give me a price, and he told me it was actually coming up as salvage, to go to the front desk, they will likely give me the clearance price, which I did & they did. Except for some “manager” came over and told me, he can’t do that and threw the item behind the counter. Talk about RUDE! To be given a price and then not even be able to get the item!!I’m so disgusted with them right now, and to think this item would had made one little girl very happy!Thanks for Nothing Target!
