Always a great spot when servicing my car, they have comfortable seating in the waiting room and a bench outside for those who smoke. They are always diligent about telling me what they did and the cost, too. Also, a plus is they never look down on a woman bringing in their car, making her feel stupid! They owe their staff a raise!

Really disappointed in the level of care and attention put into my vehicle after bringing it in after a small accident. They failed to recommended me necessary services when my car was brought in. Now a year later I am stuck with a lot more damage and expenses caused by the lack of knowledge I was given by the tri city team. Not to mention I have called and voiced these concerns and would just receive excuses probably to just shut me up. I really don’t recommend them and am highly disappointed.

I highly recomend this dealership, and a big shout out to the sales person/ lady who have helped me on finding my vehicle to Madison A. thank you so much. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, attentive, no haggling and laid back sales person she's the one to reach out and look for Madison A. Thank you as well with Scott from finance who deligently look for the best offer of loan. Amazing staff and crews.

I just had one of the best experiences of my car owning life. The passenger side view mirror of my 2021 Legacy had been sideswiped, and a trim piece had been torn off.I ordered a replacement as I thought I could fix it myself. When I realized I wasn't going to do the D.I.Y. route, I made an appointment at Tri City Subaru to have it fixed the right way.When I arrived and explained what had happened, and how I needed to have the trim piece installed professionally, the service advisor, got a screwdriver, went out to my car, and fixed it in 10 minutes with the new trim piece I had given her.THANK YOU, ALLIE! YOU ROCK!!

I bought my Subaru Acent barely a year ago. The rear hatch will not close. It's been a constant issue. One time, I reset the battery, and it started working again, but you van Google a wiflde array of issues they seem to have with this auto assist closing door. There is a slight push in/dent from my hand, which i pushed back out, trying to get it to latch over and over again. When I brought it in to get help. They told my wife she needed to leave and file an insurance claim. The front desk lady said the small dent is the reason the mechanism won't work. I spoke to the manager and explained to him that the exterior of the dent does not touch the mechanism. He didn't care. Even with the trap door open so you can see in, he didn't care and got upset with me for having a problem with what they were saying the issue was. No issue if they had tried to look at the mechanism but to just tell my wife to file an insurance claim and leave it. It is so unprofessional that it blows my mind. I've heard nothing but horror stories about this place. From mechanics that work there to clients. I will be going to Subaru of Saco from now on where they employ trustworthy, decent folks. It took 2 visits to confirm all the stories I heard. If you choose to use these scum bags, I warned you.

We bought our car from tri-city Subaru back in 2019, and have been going there for services since then. We loved them so much that even if we moved to Concord, we kept scheduling services at tri-city. However, our last two appointments through us off - one was significantly delayed and another canceled for being us late for 20 minutes. We’ve nothing against those. What disappointed us the most was the way service representatives behaved and communicated with us. In both instances, they were rude and disrespectful. We didn’t plan on writing a review after the first instance, but as it happened again, we felt obligated to let everyone know. We hope people in the front desk are at least being trained in personal communication.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

The last few times I've had my car serviced here, the team went above and beyond for me, and services were completed on time or sooner. The communication is excellent, and the explanation of needed procedures and processes is clear. I've considered taking my vehicle to a Subaru place that recently opened up closer to me, but Tri-State Subaru's great service staff and their excellent service keep me returning to this particular dealership for my car's upkeep. I appreciate old-school service when paying a premium- and this business delivers and earned my loyalty. Thanks, Tri-State Subaru for keeping my older car in great shape!

My Subaru recently needed extensive work done and Ally / Gary / Service center exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to educate me on time lines and what was happening. Highly recommend this dealership / team as it was a transparent, professional and quality job!

When I received a call to confirm my appointment the service department advised me that I had to reschedule my appointment because their computer system didn’t match their actual hours and then telling me I had to wait another week when to get my vehicle serviced. When I explained that I had the confirmation email with exact date and time and after asking the representative to confirm with management about the confirmation I received she started getting attitude and hung up on me. I understand that systems are not perfect but hanging up on customers is beyond unprofessional! This is my first experience with my Subaru and this makes me not want to deal with them!Service: Auto engine tuning

We are from out of state and got a check engine light near Tricity Subaru. We pulled in and everyone couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They got us back in the road I just a few minutes. Kudos to Cindy. Her knowledge was amazing. Honestly, if we didn’t live 2 hours away Tricity would be our Subaru dealer of choice. It is a real pleasure to write this review regarding our recent purchase of a Subaru Crosstrek at Tri City Subaru in Somersworth, NH.As we entered the showroom we were greeted by Brian Santos, a member of the sales team. From our first encounter, he was kind,professional and clearly interested in what "we" were looking for in a new auto...not what he wanted to sell us. We are older and have purchased many cars over the years, but this was by far the "BEST" and least stressful of all our purchases. Brian not only exceeded our expectations, he went out of his way to be sure we understood everything we needed to know about the car. He didso with a smile and a real sense that he was listening to us, not just pretending in order to get a sale.We realized that there would be a wait until the new cars were available but he kept us in the loop until one came, to our surprisesooner than we thought. We also had only positive experiences with others in the dealership along the way to our purchase.
