Went for an oil change, appointment for 10am, it was backed up 2hours, not informed, told only ONE service person in express dept, not good, but did not inform 5 people that there’s a problem, not a good way. To take care of people, thank god I was there for a friend because I will not bring my vehicles there

Went in looking for a fairly inexpensive second car. Left with a 2024 Tucson! It was a pleasure doing business with this dealership. There was no “hard sell”; it was totally up to us which vehicle we wanted to buy, if any. Rodney took plenty of time with us and we felt very comfortable choosing our new car. Great dealership! I highly recommend it.

I went with this dealership because I bought 2 previous cars under the old ownership and the new ones appeared to be honest. I put a deposit on a used car that in the end they said they couldn’t sell to me because it didn’t pass their inspection so I thought.. wow honest! In the end they talked me into a lease with a blue link code and lo and behold.. no blue link in this vehicle (didn’t even have the bare basics). They respond when you’re trying to buy something but when trying to communicate about dissatisfaction…no response. I’m now stuck in a 3 year lease when if they had been up front I would have bought a used vehicle. The car is ok but now I have to worry about every little thing. Be careful!
