Dan was an absolute help while trying to get my car to fix. Of course the impossible happened to my car and he was very thorough and explained exactly what was wrong. I’m a teacher and I don’t get paid in the summer so I appreciate his help more than he knows!

I can't thank Ryan enough for cleaning out the mouse nest from the air conditioner. It was quite the surprise to learn why my AC had been malfunctioning for so long. I always have a great experience here and can't thank Brian and the crew enough for their honestly and kindness in explaining any and all repairs.

Here's my latest updated review since I just had some work done here again:
I brought my truck in cause it was leaking power steering fluid. It also needed an oil change and there was an issue with the tires fast deflating.
Not only did they fix the power steering issue (which needed the rack replaced along with some other stuff) but they also fixed an ABS sensor issue along with the other stuff I mentioned!
They did it super fast despite having 15 other people ahead of me! They only charged me for the power steering job as well. It came to a very reasonable price but Dan was incredibly easy to work with.
He gave me many different options of paying which I appreciate. I've been to other garages that don't try to work with you. These guys f---ing rock and I would definitely bring my truck here again. I just hope it's the same team.
Dan kept me updated throughout the process and Ryan is the mechanic who really made the magic happen. Both those gentlemen did an amazing job and my truck drives like new again. I actually look forward to driving my own vehicle!
Thanks again Dan and Ryan and the rest of the guys at Monroe. Huge thumbs up!

I've been going to Monro for years, weather my car needs major work or something as simple as an oil change I'll always bring it there! Always treated with respect and never feel like I'm being taken advantage of like other places! Keep up the good work
