Stay away! They charged me more than 7X the quoted amount. I've been calling their "customer service" line for almost a month. Six phone calls and an email and I still haven't heard back from a supervisor.

Wow. I got fleeced so badly.89$ to drop off taxes and get em filed, sounds great right? Well its actually 287$. Get a full rundown on price before you foolishly let these people have about a quarter of your refund. Not to mention, when I did it myself online I GOT A HIGHER NUMBER! Never again will I be lazy and not just file myself. What a ripoff.To cap it off the tax "pro" I saw was extremely ill and still scheduled me to sit in close proximity in a tiny cubicle while she was learning to use a computer and not remembering anything about who I was or where I needed to sign docs or anything.Baffled.

Love the tax preparer I get to work with each year! She is great at what she does and takes time to explain things if needed and makes sure everything is correct! All of the employees here are friendly and I would highly recommend at least checking them out and seeing if you like the services offered!

Just finished filing 3 years worth of taxes! I was totally lost without their help. Complex filing was a breeze, and simple filing even easier. They provide a service that is much more tailored to customers than other tax professionals.

I've done my taxes with H&R Block now for a couple of years, but this year I'm switching offices. My tax prep was Kay Klingsport. I just recently got an Airbnb and my first time filing as a new property owner and Bnb, Kay first told me I needed to do a list of expenses which I did and then scheduled my second appointment with her. When I came to see her today after she told me how I did everything wrong I told her that's why I pay for the service and expertise she tells me she's not my bookkeeper. At that point I asked her to give me all my documents and called the office to see someone else in a different location. I wouldn't recommend her at all!!! However the lady in the front desk was so sweet and nice that she accommodated me for an appointment in a different location.
