Holmwood's Furniture is fantastic. From the greeting when I entered through all the assistance I received while deciding. Went in to look and came out with everything I needed. Never pushed and was helped in every way possible. Great prices and quick delivery. Thank you so much!!

About six months ago we purchased the Orchard Park Dining Set by Jofran with six chairs and no bench. First larger purchase with them. Everything was in stock and delivered on time. Good experience and the dining set has worked out well. They were helpful after the sale to fix a minor chip in the table leaf. Like others have mentioned, they have high delivery fees. We are less than 5 miles away and they wouldn't reduce it. Most all of the other furniture stores in the area don't charge for delivery and we shop them first.

This showroom is extremely gorgeous! The staff are very nice and the selection is more than you could imagine! I'm happy with my purchase.Only 1 complaint & that is on the $70 delivery fee. I can appreciate fuel costs but for a delivery of 1 item only 5 miles away, I think that could/should have been negotiable.

I ended up purchasing elsewhere, from a brand not carried by Holmwoods, but I have been to a lot of furniture stores lately and Alysun really stood out as an excellent salesperson. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and not pushy at all. I will definitely ask for her the next time I shop at Holmwoods!

This is a very nice furniture store. Thiswas my first time visiting the store. The selection of all types of furniture was available, leather, fabrics, and the prices were very reasonable. The store also has a good selection of unfinished furniture. I found several pieces that I liked, but at my age, I'm not going to paint or stain anything anymore. Holmwood's will be one of my places next time I need furniture.

I paid over $3,500 for a dining table and chairs. It took 8 months to receive, and the chairs were not what I ordered. I never received the chairs or got reimbursed for them. I’ve spent a lot of money at this store, but unfortunately will never buy from them again! They don’t make right on their wrongs. I will go to Green mountain Furniture in the future.

Do not buy a mattress from here unless you truly love it. No return policy, and they do not notify you when you purchase it. Not one person said anything. When buying a bed, they should clearly tell you that all sales are final and there is no returning it. Unfortunately, it will be our last purchase from them. Cannot recommend.

We have had some great experiences buying our outdoor furniture from Holmwoods They have a great staff who have always been friendly and helpful but I’d like to get this out there and off my backLast week we bought two composite rocking chairs. The cost was just over $1100 for the pair It was Friday at 5:45I brought them home and moved them onto my deck. The next morning I went out with my coffee and sat in one of the chairs. Well it just didn’t feel right and I immediately decided to return them and purchase 2 Adirondacks for the front porch insteadSo I had the chairs back at Holmwoods by 10::00am. We are talking 16 hours after initial purchaseI Swapped the chairs onto my truck and went inside to settle upTo my dismay they had charged me a $176 dollar restocking feeEven though it WAS clearly written in the fine print at the bottom of receipt I must admit I was shocked because I still was walking out of there with a thousand dollars worth of chairs. Oh and those two chairs make numbers 6 and 7 purchased there within the last 2 years. And we still have 4 more chairs to buy for the fire pitUnfortunately I won’t be buying them from Holmwoods after this

Walked in and was greeted and left to walk around without any persistent salespeople, which was really nice. We found what we were looking for and had a sales associate assist with the write up and she answered all our questions and we paid and off we went. My wife and I really liked the showroom floor and it was nicely laid out. Nice prices and great location ?!!! 5'☆'S

A few years ago we went to Holmwood’s furniture. We spent 1200 on a table and chairs. Within a year even though we put table protectors under a warm bowl it would leave a mark. we ended up just about giving it away. There are no kids in our home. We tried to reach out and no one would return phone call or answer our emails. Do yourself a favor and buy else where.
