Prices are insane for used donated clothes, some higher than buying new at the store. Tried to use the restoom then try on clothes had to press the button twice just to be told they close the changing rooms and rest rooms an hour before the store closes....really wish that was posted somewhere so I didn't waist my time looking at clothes.

Place has gone completely down hill the last few months, seems like they have no employees and very poor leadership. Shelves are also constantly empty and overpriced. Not loving seeing what my donations really go to

The prices are so insane. 28 dollars for a purse? 7 dollars for used tank tops from Walmart (retail price brand new are three dollars, I know because I’ve bought the same tanks from Walmart brand new) no tank top was under 7 dollars on the whole rack! 18 dollars for used fashion nova skirt? The last trip I made I wouldn’t buy anything because of how crazy the prices were. It was shocking.

I give one star because I sometimes find something cool at this location. I'd give zero stars for the cashiers. I've gone in there quite a bit lately because I'm opening my own salon and am decorating. Anyway, I've had a different cashier each time and they've all had zero people skills or manners. They all don't know how to say "you're welcome" or "thank you." This one particular older woman completely ignored everything I said to her and when she handed me the receipt, I said "thank you" and she stared at me with a blank expression. So I replied back with "aren't you going to acknowledge what I just said?" and then proceeds to yell behind me "NEXT PLEASE."
Needless to say, I won't be coming back here. I don't shop at places where people are too miserable to even have common courtesy.

Prices are high, feels like I'm shopping at Marshall's instead of Goodwill.
The store is newer, and is clean.
But I really can't get over the pricing. Shame.

I gave the Somersworth Goodwill three stars because of their mission to help people in need. I'll always continue to donate items. Occasionally I would purchase items; not anymore. Their prices have become ridiculously overpriced. Not sure it is just the Somersworth store or all stores. I suspect they'll end up with warehouses filled with overstock with the result being the same in the store.

Your store has one employee in the drive up that is snarky n seems to enjoy Lording it over folks with attitude.I hope she is more pleasant toward her co workers than i experienced. I hope she was just having one bad day but iI have a feeling thats not the case. Except for her, your store gets 5 stars.

Friendly staff, clean and organized items, big fitting rooms. But the prices left me in shock. Double, triple the price I expected from Goodwill!! The center is full of brand new things that I’m sure are MORE than the asking price of their original stores. I got lucky with color of the week for a sweater but if not for that I would’ve sadly walked empty handed.

Prices are absolutely insane. I see many items that were priced above their new retail price, sometimes by 2-3x. And if you’re going to charge such insane prices you better provide bags and packing paper for your customers. I literally left with a ragged box (that I had to ask for) overflowing with glass items and no paper to wrap them in to prevent breakage. AND I had to pack the box myself while there was a line of people behind me and the cashier just stood there and watched me. Absolutely ridiculous.

Dollar tree tag on a item and they had $3 on the goodwill tag. That's so messed up
