“Dr. A has been my doctor for 15 years. He is also my husband's doctor, recommended to us by two friends. He always makes time, especially during crisis. He is thoughtful about starting with lifestyle, exercise, diet, physical therapy, blood tests, stress reduction, before prescribing medicine. He refers us to specialists when it's appropriate, and he will reach out to his contacts and colleagues when there is something worth getting some additional expert information on (such as should one undergo genetic testing if aunts on a father's side have breast cancer). I've challenged him about his advice or recommendation, and he talks with me and helps me understand his perspective and the options. He is genuine, not in a rush, and a very kind person. My husband's life has been saved by Dr. A. No one is perfect, of course, but Dr. Andrecyk is a great doctor.”
