Had a meeting scheduled for 12 with Alex. 18 minutes passed and we grew impatient and decided to leave. My mother was on her lunch break. I suggest the branch manager teach time management skills to staff. This was ridiculous and frustrating.

The staff is helpful!!However we opened an account there because of the $600 "special" they were running. Social Security had a back log of changing direct deposit. I went in to Citizens and told them and told them this. I was told that as long it was the month it would be ok. We never got it so we went in today. They told me it was 3 days late being depisited!!! So i dont get the "special". Im not happy. Sounds like a scam to me. Be careful

Best Citizens staff I have ever met! These guys will go above and beyond helping you resolve your concerns. Thank you very much for your help today. The facility is also brand new and very pleasant to be in.

Went to their ATM only for there ATM to be out of money but they did not know it so now I am out 620.00 till it gets reviewed. I had to put in a claim to my bank which is also the same bank that the child support comes from which mind you is Citizens Bank that the money comes from so it is technically they're Bank but they won't do anything about it. Saying it's not their bank. I was going to put the money in my account but apparently I don't have any money to put in my account because they stole it from me after I went into the bank and explain the situation that's when they called their service department and they put the ATM out of service. Pulling my money out of the bank and I'm never going back after 26 years of being a loyal customer I'm all done
