“Joe, the rug installer was phenomenal. We give him a 5++ /5. He was a hard worker, very professional and willing to answer any question asked. The installation of the carpet in our living room and stairway was done in a timely manner, and he pulled every corner and every stair super tight and even vacuumed before he left leaving everything spotless. We would highly recommend him to any of our friends. Actually, the whole process was so well handled from the time we walked into the store to look at samples. There was no pressure to purchase but lots of great information given to help us in our decision making. We were able to take samples home to see which looked best with our wall color. We were able to get a time for measuring within just a few days and then the actual install date was only a few weeks out. We thought we might be waiting months. Kudos to TriCity Flooring for making our experience so wonderful.”
