I've been using watts for quite a while & was reminded why I will not go anyplace else. Needed complete rear brakes badly. Watts was busy so I tried another local place... not sure if most mechanics don't think women can look up parts cost , well I did. Estimate was "over 1200$" which I knew was more than double of what it should've cost! Well worth the wait as Robert Watts charged me $ 580! He knew I'm disabled veteran & widow so when I needed 4 new tires & wanted custom black rims I went to Watts. I will never go any place else. Good guys. Always fair .Services: Tires

After almost 6 weeks of waiting for a clean title to purchase a used truck from Watts, we had depleted our intended down payment on fixing our other vehicle since we needed a car to get to work and were still waiting on the title for the used truck. After explaining that to them we were told too bad we weren't getting out $500 down payment back.We never signed a contract just a cash receipt. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Don't buy from them!!!

After months of being screwed over with untrustworthy car dealers i am happy to say i finally found an honest one. Im writing this review because of how satisfied i am with my truck purchase from watts racing ent. I have owned this truck for over 2 years now and only had to do regular maintenance. Every year i bring it to robert for inspections and if i have any problems he always treats me like family. Excellent atmosphere and the employees here are very talented. Will not be going anywhere else!

Honest and upfront with you. Which for a mechanic, is worth its weight in gold. Moved up from MA and needed a new mechanic ASAP. Had a cat issue and some shops were going to charge me thousands for a full replacement. They diagnosed it, got to work and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend and will always be going back. The front of house mechanic knows his stuff.

PLEASE DON’T PURCHASE ANY CARS FROM THIS PLACE. I am 17 years old and spent three years saving up for a cheap car for myself and my 14 year old brother. I had bought a $4,000 car and the guy upfront told me that this car was up to date on all inspections , and that there was nothing wrong with the car. I check out the car, looked amazing for an older car. Next day, today, the brake fluid had leaking because of a hole, and found out the AC did not work (note: it was very cold when I bought this car, so I did not think to check the AC). With a bunch of other things breaking and not working, turns out that this car may not work at all, and that this man had sold my younger brother and I a broken car. Very disappointed for being taken advantage of!

SOLD US A BROKEN CAR, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!I went here to buy a car after years of saving up. I get there and I talk to the man for a bit. We drive around, testing the breaks, and checking steering. For the most part, all is well. My first mistake was trusting a used cars salesman. He says that it was approved by the mechanics in his shop. We did the paper work and went out. When I went home, I parked the car thinking I got a good deal, regardless of the age of it. But little did I know is I got basically scammed. I saw a puddle of gunk under my car the following morning, and decide to get it checked out by my mechanic. When I get there, I find myself with useless breaks. That was because the mystery gunk was break fluid. After that I let my mechanic keep inspecting the car and drive home with a buddy. Later, I get a call from my family trusted mechanic saying fixing the car up will be 2500 or so dollars. The following problems were:-Break line broken-Transmission line leaking-Rear break hoses rotten-A/C unit seized and belt missing-Left front tie rod worn out and loose-Right front tire worn out/uneven tread-Cylinder head gasket leaking oil-2 spots on frame found with bondo-Timing belt need replacementPlease do not buy a car from here. If it wasn’t for me going to the mechanic, I could be in the hospital right now. The car he sold was not only poor quality, but he sold me a car that had breaks that were going to give out in the close future, and they nearly did.

Avoid at all costs. Just bought 06 subaru with 110k for $4500 for teens first car. Was promised car was old but in great drivable shape. Got car registered 1 week later and on first drive power steering didn't work and check engine light came on. Took car to local mechanic who discovered power steering rack was leaking and solenoids needed to be replaced. They also discovered head gasket was leaking oil all over the place. Watts must have topped up power steering fluid and oil right before test drive to make sure car drove well. Had to spend $3k in repairs. It really disappoints me when people need to cheat to made a living. Stay away if you can.
