Melissa the pharmacist is trash. I went in inquiring to change pharmacys and asked if she carried a specific generic of a medication and she gave me attitude and made up and excuse that she can't provide what generics they carry.

I want to like it here. The pharmacy staff is nice enough, but there’s a problem every time. Had my dogs prescription sent there and never heard anything called after a couple days to check on it they say they have nothing. I call the vet again wait on hold forever to get it sent again call back Walmart to let them know my vet should be sending it soon and they tell me that they found it but didn’t fill it…. No reason why they just didn’t fill it it’s just sitting there…. Next time I had my my ear drops called in there went to pick up on the way home from work and didn’t have them like don’t carry them and didn’t call me to tell me so I went there for nothing. Things with my dogs prescription were fine for a while and it’s cheap so I stuck it out but then a few weeks ago I had antibiotics called in for my superrrr sick kids and when my husband went to pick them up they tell him THEY GOT THE PRESCRIPTION REQUEST BUT DONT HAVE IT IN STOCK. And they didn’t call us again!!!! Why!??? Like do you like having people angry I don’t understand. Tonight my brother tries to grab my script on the way home from work that I refilled 10 days ago through the app and it said you have 10 days to get it and they don’t have it they already put it back so it’s not ready anymore and told him he could get it tomorrow. It’s not something I can skip multiple doses and already missed one dose due to a work emergency I couldn’t make it to the pharmacy before it closed yesterday. He had to ask them to please fill it because I can’t go without it again so they are thank god but I’m clearly going to have to go somewhere else and pay more because this is insane and a waste of my time.

The last time I was told to come in to the Dealership and Sign a New Contract "Because, We've Lower'd Your Mthly Payment".I had to Ask The Sales Manager "Why Don't You Want(My Money)???What does Chevy Rewards Program Mean...Less $$$.Don't make Sense to me.But to These People {Will go Out Of Our Way to Please Your Business}.WOW!

I haven't been with this pharmacy for very long but for a long while the price of my birth control fluctuated extremely and now I can't get my ADHD meds in time because they just didn't feel like ordering them and I've been waiting for them for about a week now. And for some reason the pharmacist whispered to me that my birth control was ready and not my other meds, like it was taboo which I don't understand like just give me my meds.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this place. By far, they have the absolute worst customer service. I called at 1:20pm and was immediately put on hold...20 minutes later, the line beeps three times and hangs up. I call back and the recording says the pharmacy is closed till 2pm. So, obviously whoever put me on hold never intended to take my call, because it might cause them to be late for their lunch break. Who does that?

I'll start this review with the fact that I rarely if ever shop at any Walmart. I moved recently and as much as I took with me to my new abode, I still needed to buy some things for the new place. They are absolutely correct when naming this a super- store because its absolutely enormous! And although we have to follow the COVID mandates, a store this size can handle a load of shoppers. Busy is an understatement. Not being used to the grocery section.....it should I say market, I browsed some and found it very clean and well stocked. I was there for a few house wear items so didn't buy any groceries. As much as the grocery area was neat & well stocked, I found the house wear area the opposite. Especially the small appliance section...which was quite a disappointment. I asked an associate in the department regarding the item(s) I was looking for but got nowhere... Not sure if she knew what I even meant. Anyway, it was too bad & I decided that If had enough of this massive place. If you want to shop in a superstore, this is the place for you. On the whole, most people were social distancing... everyone/ anyone shopping were wearing masks. It's mandatory now. But there are always those who feel special & won't comply with the 6 feet thing.....

Seriously not impressed with there pharmacy my vet called in my dogs script 2 hours ago I call take sure it's ready then get put on hold only for no one to answer finally after 30 minutes of waiting i decided to drive to pick it up well they tried to say the vet never called it in but they did it was due to the fact no one checked the voicemails at the pharmacy then they have the nerve to tell me oh well you have to wait now cause were going on lunch! Sdo not recomend them at all!

I love the fact as a store that they are getting some essentials in . Its a very trying time. Great hours and signage saying please be socially distant. Too bad with Walmart's having high infection rate of covid19 you can walk around and see employee disregarding the space of 6 feet. They are on top of each other in just shooting the breeze. Groups of 5. And 6. Come on people think a little. Also I was a bit disappointed to see the lack of cleaning as you find in for example HomeDepot . At the self checkout out after every customer they wipe down the area before the next customer is allowed to check out. Self check out here stand there til someone has a problem. Try a little harder and stop the spread. If not dont show up to work.

Brian, Kim, and Deb are very helpful and kind. Only recommendation I have for Walgreens is to increase the labor budget and allow the pharmacist to be more free for consult. Often times they are multitasking filling scripts, operating the drive up window, and managing patience shots. Otherwise the team does an excellent job! It's pleasure working with them for all my medical and consult needs.
