I believe her name is Melissa...or Michelle (?...my bad: when someone tells me their name, I immediately forget it?)At the end of our conversation, I said I would be there the next day and gave her a ballpark timeframe for pickup. When I arrived, she not only had the items waiting for me, she had remembered me from the previous month! This IMHO, is excellent customer service.”

There was an issue with shipping and when I notified the store, their customer service went absolutely above and beyond. Refunded my purchase, got on the phone with UPS and worked with me to get what I needed for pain relief. Gina was beyond sweet, apologetic and so understanding.
