I visited the Verizon seabrook NH store on 3/12/23 and I was extremely fortunate to have Nathan answer my questions, choosing a needed accessory and general assistance with my great tablet. Number one he was the most positive professional, helpful,kind gentleman and extremely knowledgeable representative I have ever worked with.he was ready to assist me and it was the most positive experience I have had at Verizon. I greatly appreciate his fabulous customer service .

I love this place and the people who run it so much that I don’t believe I’ll be going anywhere else ever again. They were fair, open, honest, and genuinely kind when doing business with my family. It’s so rare to find gems like this in the world of cell service providers, but my whole family received upgrades of our previous generations of phones for $10 each (given we went on Black Friday and had a plan, but still was absolutely incredible). We also felt very welcomed.

I went to verizon in seabrook matt corson took the time and effort to set me up with a new phone and upgrade my plan. He also explained in detail how to use the phone and plan for the best results for me. He had to be so understanding because I kept asking the same series of questions over and over. Matt corson deserves this 5 star review. Thanks to him he is the only one in my 20 years of being a costumer who made me feel like I mattered. Thanks matt !!!

I have been a Verizon customer for many years and yesterday was the first time that I visited this store. I had an excellent experience. They were friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Crysta was thorough and accomplished what I needed efficiently. This will definitely be my goto Verizon store from now on.

We met with Christa this morning for help with a few issues. She quickly fixed these and then helped us in a number of other areas. She went way beyond our expectations. We would go above a rating of 5 if that were possible.

Sarina was an awesome salesperson. She was very clear when she explained our loyalty benefits. She was calm and took the time needed to make sure we understood. She took careful time to make sure all of our needs were met and really made us feel comfortable.

They sold me an LG phone when they knew.LG was going out of business and support was limited after a certain time. Then have not stopped leaving me voicemails, even after I explained to stop calling because of my experience i am doing business elseware....isn't this harassment, either that or stupidity from poor call notes from contacts

Worst experience I ever had. Upgraded 4 phones. Lost all passwords on one phone. Two phones didn't work without WiFi. They didn't have a clue as to how to deal with multi-factor authentication from work so lost connections to work services. Got sold multiple services (over $100/month) I didn't ask for. Will never go back and will only go to a real Verizon store. STAY AWAY!

My husband became hospitalized and unable to respond to personal or business calls from his phone. He was unable to show me what his password was in the hospital.Selina Moeng in the Seabrook, NH Verizon store has helped me with every aspect of obtaining a new phone for my husband, and transferring all data from the old to the new. Selina has made this whole transition with our Verizon account seamless and stress free for me. I highly recommend Selina for her account representative skills.
