Crysta, the manager in Seabrook, NH store, is awesome!! I had a bunch of issues & had to get new phones swapped out. She was extremely patient & helpful no matter how stressed I was. She is a gem & I highly recommend you go to her if you are needing a new phone or have issues with your phone & need help.

This spot has to be one of the best Verizon shops in the state. Just stopped by yesterday to trade in for a new phone, and the associate who we worked with had been of great help the entire time. The entire process went smoothly, and he was able to help us save money by using a combination plan for multiple streaming services in one bundle. I have never been this impressed by an associate in a Verizon store, but I was not shocked, as his ability to handle everything was incredible. Aside from the associate, the overall layout of the store is highly efficient, and it was a very comforting spot where you could see the different products and could move around efficiently. I would definitely recommend checking out this spot if you are in need of a repair, trade-in, or to just get some new accessories.

Daughter's phone died yesterday. She is off to college in a month and needed a speedy replacement. My wife took her and my 9 year old with her to the Seabrook, NH Verizon store and were helped by an awesome girl named Mimi (who normally works in the Methuen store) who got the whole family including me hooked up with a brand new family plan and four new phones. She was very patient with all the questions about rates and fees and worked tirelessly to ensure everyone had what they needed. I didn't join the party till later after work when I traveled up to Seabrook to get my phone. By that time my wife and daughters had wrapped up their dealings and it was my turn. The whole iteration was painless and Mimi was a true professional. Personable, knowledgeable and relatable. If you find yourself in the Methuen location, look her up. She is the best. And if you are lucky enough to find her manning the Seabrook, NH location, it will be your lucky day. Thanks Mimi!

My Wife and I spent several hours in this store to upgrade our phones because Verizon Dropped calls are threw the roof .and then they made changes to our plan and increased our bill by $200.00 a month stay away from them

I visited this store today to return a router after UPS couldn’t assist me with my return because the call center at Verizon gave me the wrong order #. I waited about 15 minutes while the 2 employees were on the phone. Nobody else in the store. The 1st employee couldn’t help me so the woman in 6” heels came over. She told me if she accepted the router she would have to charge me. I said fine I’ll just get it refunded because I’ve already reported Verizon to the BBB Go ahead and take it. Then she told me she couldn’t. She also told me that they’re affiliated with Comcast even though it’s Verizon. I’m sorry what? Then she told me “goodbye”. She didn’t even try to assist me. VERIZON sucks & this woman was very inappropriate.

I visited the Verizon seabrook NH store on 3/12/23 and I was extremely fortunate to have Nathan answer my questions, choosing a needed accessory and general assistance with my great tablet. Number one he was the most positive professional, helpful,kind gentleman and extremely knowledgeable representative I have ever worked with.he was ready to assist me and it was the most positive experience I have had at Verizon. I greatly appreciate his fabulous customer service .
