The two women working today were incredibly helpful and saved my butt. I sold an item online and mailed it two weeks ago. The buyer was worried that it hadn't arrived and I couldn't find my receipt with the tracking number for them to check the status. I had the date and approximate time of the post office transaction and the employees went out of their way to find a copy of the transaction and got me the tracking number. I really appreciate the extra effort.

I got notified via Amazon of an attempted delivery stating that "delivery attempted, customer requested pickup". This never occurred. I was not notified of any delivery attempt, nor was sent note left. This postal service also leaves my packages at the end of a shared driveway in front of my neighbors house, no where near mine!

It seems like the mail man doesn’t care who’s packages or mail get delivered to the right house!! This has been going on for months somebody needs to be held responsible this is very frustrating!!

It was awful. Tom the clerk was yelling at me and calling me a lier. I got a slip in my mailbox that said first attempt, need signature. I go to the PO to get it and they can't find it. The slip was not completed. And I told Tom the clerk that the mail person will drop packages at the door step.Tom began yelling at me and calling me a lier that they never leave packages at the door. I told him they do every day. He yelled and called me a lier. The other clerk working kept tell Tom to stop it many times and he didn't till the post master came out to see what was going on.

For the last several months, mail has been getting mixed up with houses and neighbors. As well as important products that have been brought to the wrong places.Now, today I come home to find my graduation pictures all bent in the mailbox. My college is no longer processing photos to order anymore, I am pretty sure an F4 means not to putting items in a mailbox and hand delivering it.I am not impressed! How much more time does it take to kindly take care of items that people may not be able to replace or pay for?

I moved from Massachusetts to Montana and I am devastated to see the destruction of how my boxes came, I wrote fragile EVERYWHERE on the boxes. One box was so torn that everything but one thing was missing, my high school yearbook and a photo album full of memories gone, can’t be replaced I should’ve never put my trust into these people. Please use a different shipping place. Unfortunately my family told me it would be fine and not to ensure it, so nothing can come of this, but I am just baffled at the amount of carelessness that went into moving these packages. If I could give zero stars I would.
