Yoga? I had heard of it, sure, but twisting into complex poses seemed an alien concept to me then. Fast forward 12 transformative months practicing at the studio, and here I am, not only a regular but with teaching experience. With yoga comes good people, much to learn, and a physically challenging practice. I am grateful I joined.

We spent some time as a guests this summer (5 of us - we went separate times, but shared the same experiences) . We are writing this collectively because she posts personal information about members, guests and even instructors who leave bad reviews. We are making this review void of emotion and factual (2 of us are medics and only took it once) :Here are facts that cannot be disputed :* The walls are warped from excessive heat. She doesn't check on her students during class when the temp ranges from 107 - 120 degrees (pics to prove).* She doesn't offer water to those who are clearly to the brink of heat stroke - she charges for cold water bottle from her fridge. Ice cold just makes you feel hotter in class. Unsafe.* We love ALL types of music - except music that drops "N" bombs or "f-the police" type stuff as her staple music. Meh, it's not edgy - it's just weird.* The room is so small - the body heat from person next to you (I was in the back and bumped into my "neighbors" constantly - we joked about it, but it causes the heat to increase).* One of us (not me), "Joella" (not real name) tried talking to her and was told, "This isn't the place for you and dismissed her - in front of members.".* It was bothersome that she is not recognized by the Yoga Alliance. That shouldn't necessarily be a "bad" thing, but it is a red flag.

The Hot Yoga Studio is an incredible experience. The owners Brooke and Cam are super friendly and knowledgeable. The studio itself was clean and well-maintained. The heat added an extra level of intensity to the practice, allowing me to deepen my stretches and push myself further than I thought possible. The instructors are exceptional, guiding you through each pose with clear and concise instructions. They were attentive to each student's needs, offering modifications and adjustments when necessary. Their passion for yoga was evident, and their positive energy wasWhether you are looking for a challenging workout or a more relaxing session, there’s something for everyone. After each class, I felt rejuvenated and refreshed. The combination of the heat, the physical practice, and the mindfulness brought me a sense of peace and clarity. It was a truly transformative experience.Overall, I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice or simply improve their overall well-being. Give it a try, and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

I'm an experienced yoga instructor (300 hours certified) in Lynnfield and I just wanted to try out different hot clubs to see what other instructors were doing. I've *never* written a yelp and I don't want to leave a Google after seeing what she writes to her members (and workers!), but this place is a mess (dirty) and I watched the cleaning lady(?) or worker put water and Doterra (MLM -- ugh) oil to clean the filthy mats and other equipment. I asked what she was using (pretending I liked the smell) and she said that's all you need to clean -- essential MLM oils to SANITIZE mats, equipments, weights, bathroom, etc. No, no, no. I asked how to sign in or reserve a spot, he didn't even make eye contact and said, "don't worry about it - we have a cancellation.". Hindsight, they didn't even have me sign a waiver. Brook and the guy at the front desk stood in front of the room and we had no idea who was teaching. It stunk, it was jammed (very few standing poses without hitting someone -- same with a lot of the floor). It was 90 minutes -- and the instructor had zero cuing skills and was more interested in playing loud rap music (ugh, so "edgy"). I got zero out of her work out. I'm not sure if she's even certified. She was extremely unprofessional and she and her boyfriend were extra cringy kissing at the end. I was like, "Where am I???". On a funny note, my friend told me that half the people in the class were her instructors.

I attended one class as a drop-in from out of town. My experience at this studio was shockingly disappointing. The staff were nice enough, but the exterior had dirt all over the sidewalk, and the front entrance was in disarray. It was dirty and disorganized, and the staff were unable to process my credit card. Luckily I had cash, but I was surprised to pay $30 for a drop-in plus a mat rental. I wouldn't have minded had the rest of my experience been pleasant. Unfortunately, it wasn't. I was completely shocked when I had to change in a dirty utility closet, and the make shift shower had a strung up curtain in an open space that felt like an unfinished basement. The bathrooms were dirty as well. I felt very uncomfortable at this point, and nearly left, but I was hopeful that at least the practice room would be decent. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The space was one of the smallest I've seen, with two rows of mats along the walls. The space felt grimy and cramped. The infrared lights hung on the wall in such a way, that I couldn't stand up on my mat without the light glaring in my eyes, and my rental mat smelled. The instructor was nice enough, but the sequencing and cueing was poor. Overall, this was one of the worst yoga experiences I've had and I wouldn't recommend it.

I taught classes at this studio when Brooke first opened. She never paid me for the classes I taught. I also bore witness as she threw a tripod across the room having an angry tantrum in front of a student leaving me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. After sending multiple emails to no response I reached out on instagram where she continues to actively post on her personal account and business account. I called the studio where the desk staff said she would return my email to no avail. She is actively avoiding responding to me because she does not want to pay me the money I earned even though my father paid to practice there twice before I informed him of how she never paid me. It is sad to say that not all yoga studios represent yoga but rather fitness wearing the cloak of an ancient philosophy. I would not recommend this studio.
