My father has been banking with TD in Seabrook since 1990- when it was a different bank (Fleet Bank, maybe?). He passed away due to Covid in 2020. I had tried to open an estate account to administer his estate. I specifically asked for a business account and gave them paperwork from my lawyer with a business license # from the state of NH. I asked for checks and a debit card. I got temporary checks, when I found out I had to pay $11 to order more thought it was weird, but I paid it. Then I found out they gave me a business account….but registered it in the system as a personal checking account so I now have to pay $5.99/month for account fees. I also have to pay $10 to cash a check without depositing it. Oh, and because someone screwed up when the opened my account I cannot set up online banking and nobody knows how to fix that. For some reason they also have a policy that if your monthly statement gets mailed back to TD they no longer send you a printed copy of your monthly statement. So I cannot do online banking and now I have to go to the bank to request my monthly statements for my accounting records that I have to show probate court. Oh…and if I want a bank check to pay for something or to distribute funds for beneficiaries I have to pay $10 for each “cashiers check”. Problem is, when someone dies and you have to open an estate account…..you have to use the bank that they used you cannot just use your own bank that doesn’t charge you for cashiers checks or any monthly fees for just having a checking account, they even reimburse me for any ATM fees AND they fix any issues that they have with your account, though I have never had any issues and I love my Credit Union! All checks are cashed and cleared within 3-5 days! Couldn’t ask for a more friendly and caring bank!

Bad customer service. I went in to cash a TD check, but don't have an account. I was coldly told by the male teller that he needed a credit card to charge me $10 and that he didn't have 100s. I can't take money out of you bank that someone gave me without giving you money??? You are a bank and don't have 100 dollar bills? I'm happy I don't bank here.

3 times I went to this location to have my debit card activated. Every single time they failed to activate it correctly and I had to drive all the way back. Going to have to head over there for the 4th time tomorrow now.......

RUDE!! The guy at the counter is absolutely horrible asked if I had an account I said no I was just looking to cash it and he said I need a second form of id I explained that at Newmarket td bank I didn’t need a second form and he said with an attitude well they aren’t following the rules. Honestly I don’t know what your rules are but he shouldn’t be in customer service at all.

My phone had been hacked and They were attempting to charge things to my T D bank acct. The bank notified me and protected my acct out of suspicion. They are a great bank with great people working there. I highly recommend T D bank.

They get frustrated & rude when we bring 3/4deposits at a time, from over the wkd. I was told "it holds up the line". I can't bring deposits everyday especially when I'm off Fri/sat & alone on Sunday. They have asked me to drop off or do night deposits. I follow my company policy. Your getting paid to do my deposits inside, through the drive through, drop off, night box etc. Andy if you don't like or want to do your job I think it's time for you to find another.

By far the worst customer service any where. They check your account when you request a roll of quarters. They are not fast. They are not friendly. Pathetic.

I’d like to recognize and thank Andy, for assisting me today. I called his store to hopefully get help resolving a banking issue I’m having, due to an error I made. Andy returned my call promptly and listened to my situation. He told me he’d call me back. And within 2 hours, he had an answer to my request with a solution in the works. He told me exactly what TD Bank is doing, to resolve my problem and that a solution is in the works. We don’t always take the time to say thank you these days. I want to thank Andy for his time, effort, follow up and professionalism today. RH

This may not make sense? The milage of this location doesn't compute as the closest to me. But it just seems the easiest for me to get to. Until today I've always gone to the drive - up. Over the past year+ at times there has been a wait. Obviously due to them not being open inside. Each visit I can't say that there's ever been any problems. The staff that I have interacted with have always been friendly and accommodating. Yesterday, later in the day I went to make a purchase and realized my debit card was missing. Had I lost or misplaced it? Well, I have no idea but called and had it cancelled ASAP. Earlier today I stopped in at the Seabrook NH branch to have it replaced. The staff member who helped me was excellent and any wait wasn't long . I was out with my new card within maybe 15 minutes. Very pleased!
