This is probably my third or fourth pipe I have bought in my lifetime from these guys. The other ones had become cracked in the bowl part due to not cleaning and letting residue get caked up. I recommended wiping out the bowl after every use while it is still hot, right after you kick it. This design cost about $125 to $150? I believe? I purchased this Sherlock style glass piece in 2015 or 2016. I just wanted to let the artist know it is still in superb condition. Used almost daily. Cleaned about every 3 to 4 months. Quality products, thick, solid glass that lasts.

ENORMOUS Selection.Update for December 7 2019:I came in looking for a specific piece for a vape and while they didn’t carry it, they recommended a new piece entirely that was within my price budget and it’s better than my whole setup from before I came in and is infinitely better than what I was looking for. I’m always much better off when I go here for help!Update for 2022: bought a new luxury dabber that was significantly lower in price than online and they helped my friend pick out a low cost dab setup all US Made but still reasonably priced. Thanks again smoke rings! See you again soon I’m sure!

Though they offer a wide variety of products, I am very disappointed in the way that they chose to ignore my valid complaint. One of their employees agreed that he had made an error an promised to remedy the situation but, upon returning to the store, they acted like they didn't remember our conversation. I left my contact information for the store owner but he never reached out. It's a shame, as I had been a longtime and loyal customer. I will now take my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same. My original 5-star review has been adjusted to an accurate rating.

Great shop, my go to for glass. The staff are knowledgeable and kind. The pieces are fantastic and local and they have a wide price range (lower priced for on a budget pieces to looking to add another nice piece to the collection too) which is very nice. I was very happy when revisited this store when I needed something new
