I do appreciate the touchless, but the sprayers fail to power wash off the rear hatch and under the rear hatch spoiler.

I am visiting NH/ME and had never used a touchless car wash before, so asked another customer who had just finished cleaning his car (very kind gentleman, incidentally), and he explained how it worked. The cleaning on my new Tesla was PERFECT!! I wish we had this type of car wash near where I live!!

Been a member for 2 years now, the price is worth it - and what inclined me to write a review was a more recent experience that actually wasn't great (to start)... I went in for a typical wash, realized for some reason I only seemed to get a basic wash (when I pay for the premium) and had a good amount of leaves blowing around. It frustrated me enough to call their number and mention it. I spoke with Colleen and told her I've never had any complaints until now but wanted to let them know about my experience. She immediately told me she was going to refund me the wash, and ended up calling back later in the day to explain that the tech that normally cleans out the wash was battling intense wind blowing in leaves as he was trying to blow them out. Fair enough - the day I went in was super windy. She also explained due too cooler temps, some of the features normally available for the premium wash weren't immediately available, and for that reason she ended up refunding me TWO full washes. The fact that Colleen picked up the phone right away, dug into the situation, followed up with me and refunded me two washes (within the hour) left me feeling pretty great about their customer service. So again, this place is 100% worth the money. Will never give another car wash my business :) Thank you, Colleen!

Brutal touchless car wash. I take pride in my vehicles. It's like they use some cheap soap that doesn't come off when rinsed. My truck came out with a film worse than what I went in with. Guess I'm spoiled with the systems on rt. 1 in saugus (rt.1 car wash and the barn) now at epping car wash getting a legitimate service. For my 2021 4 runner. Do your self a favor and hand wash or go somewhere else. Literally this place is a glorified pressure wash.

My favorite car wash! I'm a member, which saves money by buying bulk. Today my white car was the dirtiest it's ever been. It came out great! All that salt and sand junk: gone. So good to be able to use free towels to do a quick touch up drying off of car afterwards, if needed. Pricing is excellent. And, their Customer Service is amazing! They pick up the phone. I drive 25 minutes extra to get my car washed here. Am a very happy customer.
