Absolute worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Now I know why this place was empty. Male tech I think his name is Van. He did the absolute bare minimum. One minute super lame massage on each leg. No hot towel, bright lights. Got up twice to answer phone and once to show customer where to pick out colors. Weird set up…almost like they are still Covid scared. When I told him I was disappointed he got mad and snapped at me. Spotty paint job. The whole thing was a big ick and 1000% do not recommend!!! What a horrible experience!!!

First time getting a manicure yesterday. Am pretty sad to say these are what I am left with the next day. I feel like I could have done my own nails better for much less. Another customer came in after my pedicure and they refilled the same chair tub I just used after only draining it.
I hope all manicures aren't like this?! :(

Walked in 10 min early, rudely told to choose color. Told by owners to move 3x's without guidance on who would be working in me or when, then waited while they finished other customer. After customers left, they spent next 15 minutes cleaning EVERYTHING, ignoring that my appointment was 30 minutes past and they still hadn't even started on me. Never spoke to me, didn't acknowledge that they were making me wait, muttered the whole time in a different language - not the way to spend the beginning of a vacation!

I went last week with my twin. We had Vinny (sitting at Van's table) do our nails. He was very careful and patient with me, I'm recovering from major injuries and surgeries. I got dip powder over my natural nails and my sister got a set with powder too. She did have to file her nails a little when we got home. The prices were average for the area, just be aware there is an extra charge for almond/coffin/etc shapes, round and square are not extra. Overall, it was a good experience.

I went to Royal nails for the first time today. The place is absolutely immaculate and Vinny was so great. He paid super close attention to detail. They also have the best prices in the area. I would highly recommend.

Do not recommend. Painful pedicure and when told to pick a color did not say which was gel and which were regular until the end when we were charged $20 more per pedicure because we "accidentally" picked a gel color. Nail technicians were aggressive and misleading.

One of the best pedicures I've ever had! Everything was very clean and sterile. The lady that did my service was very friendly and personable. I am from out of town but if I'm ever back in this town, I'm definitely coming back!

I booked a spa pedicure last Friday afternoon. It was fine-nothing spectacular. The only spa enhancement was putting your feet in bags that had a gel treatment on the bottom (no hot towels, no stones etc) Total for just a pedicure was $86!!! 86 dollars for a pedicure. Beware of this place I would never go back.

I was looking for a new nail salon because my normal nail technician is away on vacation. I was in the area and searched on google. The reviews seemed good so I went with them. I walked in and only Van was working. Things seemed clean, but it definitely didn't look like your normal nail salon. I thought that's OK as the prices are good, so long as they do a good job and they're clean! There was a price list on the wall so everything seemed clear to me. Van was very pleasant and accommodating as I was a walk-in without an appointment . We discussed how they are the cheapest around and I even said you may have a new customer!! Until it came time to pay.. Online and on the wall it was advertised $32 for a gel mani. Interesting he charged me $48 because of the gel removal- a $16 fee?!? Unheard of! Turns out that $16 fee to remove my gel polish actually completely destroyed my nails because he used the electric file too much.. I left there and my nails have NEVER felt so thin and brittle. Nails looked great at first but 2 days later 4 nails already chipping and so brittle I had to cut them down super short! Normal manicures last longer than this! When I called to explain I was told to come back so they could fix it. No thank you! I just drove way out of my way and paid $60 with tip for a gel manicure 3 days ago. I'm not one to write bad reviews but felt I had to let others know about my experience so there's no surprises.

Van made my nails look beautiful - so natural. He is a great artist! The salon is flexible and the staff are very good-natured and professional. I had two great experiences there recently!

The worst! They ruined my nails and cuticles. My hands were so dry and damaged afterwards. I got a liquid gel, plus a regular pedicure and the charged me $150, ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS. I though it was strange so I asked the guy: $150, like, one, five, zero???? and he was like; yeah, yeah , yeah while the other nail tech (the woman) just looked at him in chock. Then I went home and checked the prices online and realized it should have been $115. I understand the accent situation, but I literally asked if it was $150 and they had the audacity to say yes. On top if that the nail fell off a week later. I called to request a refund for the difference and they ignored me DO NOT GO THERE. The pictures I took were right after the service, same day. I would give 0 stars if I could
