The patient kind caring Folks at Rosa tone and Bell are just top-notch. They do their job efficiently and they do it well, while being understanding. This is my 2nd year filing my taxes with them, and my first year as an independent business owner and I feel so relieved to be in their care when it comes to my finances. The cost is very affordable as well, especially for the work and lengths they go to make sure that you keep as much money as possible.

We used Rosatone & Bell for years and they used to be pretty reliable. Last year, that all changed. First, we were alerted by the IRS that Rosatone & Bell made a mathematical calculation error in our taxes. When we brought their mistake to them to fix, they said they would have to charge us $50 to amend the return. Then we waited 3 months for them to prepare our amended tax return, only to find out that the amended return had allegedly been ready for 2 months but no one called us to let us know. They claimed to have called us but we never spoke with them. In conclusion, Rosatone & Bell clearly lacks both the ability to effectively prepare tax returns and to communicate with their customers. We will be going elsewhere this year.

They made multiple mistakes in filing my taxes and refused to own up to it. They also wouldn't pay the bill I got when I got audited for mistakes that THEY made. Terrible accountants. Recommend going elsewhere.
