I have visited this place many times and their bathrooms are never in order. They have portable toilets on the side of their building . You cannot wash your hands and I wonder if the staff is? I have seen the staff use the port of toilets as well I will spend my money elsewhere

Two weeks ago I stopped at O’Briens general store, and Cindy at the register was extremely rude to me. Yesterday I stopped again with my family to buy some items and gas. Again I got Cindy at the register and again she was extremely rude! She carded my daughter who is 23 years old because I was buying alcohol/White Claw for myself. She said it’s the law in New Hampshire that if you’re buying alcohol, you have to card everyone that is standing at the register with you. I totally understand if that’s the law however, there was no need to be shouting at us and be rude about it. She also made an extremely rude comment to my husband as he walked away. We left very embarrassed! We always stop there whenever we travel from Maine to Massachusetts. Customer Service is key! Never again! We are done with O’Briens!

It was pretty busy inside when I went in and all I get were two water jugs and the lady Cindy just got on the register for the line to move quickly so I got in her line and the gentleman in front me payed for his gas then she looks at me and told me to hop at the end of the line at the other register and I said why you’ve taken care of me before and she said because I don’t like you. For an employee to say that to a costumer is so disrespectful. Cindy shouldn’t even have a job at that store. She so disrespectful and so rude to the costumers.

Stop here to place my bets as I'm from Mass. Have tried many of their quick grab and go options from their burgers, chicken sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, pizza, and sandwiches. All have been really good and always fresh. But today was above and beyond. Like WHOA!! Got the pastrami and cheese calzone that was with the other grab and go options and it was AMAZING!!! For a single serving calzone at the price of $5.69, I'll challenge anyone to find a cheaper, more filling, and more delicious lunch option!!!

terrible gas station. Gas is overpriced and caused my car to blow a gasket on the highway. They should expect to hear from lawyer soon as this caused multiple hundreds of dollars in damages. Also the employee Cindy called me names and made fun of my short stature. Very unprofessional.
