“Yep it's a home Depot every home Depot is pretty much the same they have hardware and wood and nails and screws and probably lots of other stuff that you can use around the house not very personal like are small mom and pop hardware stores but definitely better prices but harder to find little things because the store is so big”

“I'll start this review with the fact that I rarely if ever shop at any Walmart. I moved recently and as much as I took with me to my new abode, I still needed to buy some things for the new place. They are absolutely correct when naming this a super- store because its absolutely enormous! And although we have to follow the COVID mandates, a store this size can handle a load of shoppers. Busy is an understatement. Not being used to the grocery section.....it should I say market, I browsed some and found it very clean and well stocked. I was there for a few house wear items so didn't buy any groceries. As much as the grocery area was neat & well stocked, I found the house wear area the opposite. Especially the small appliance section...which was quite a disappointment. I asked an associate in the department regarding the item(s) I was looking for but got nowhere... Not sure if she knew what I even meant. Anyway, it was too bad & I decided that If had enough of this massive place. If you want to shop in a superstore, this is the place for you. On the whole, most people were social distancing... everyone/ anyone shopping were wearing masks. It's mandatory now. But there are always those who feel special & won't comply with the 6 feet thing.....”

“We had a terrible experience with a samsung dryer we purchased on-line. The samsung folks have a completely broken process, poor communication, and an awful delivery team. We spoke the seabrook Home Depot store manager (Dave). After weeks of failed promises from Samsung, Dave took full ownership of the issue, replaced the dryer and personally delivered it. While, we wont be purchasing Samsung, we will shop solely with Home Depot because of the outstanding customer service.”
