my elderly mother bought a jeep for 10k from here and there’s been something wrong with it from the start. they kept telling her they would fix it and then the 30 days were up and now there saying they don’t have to even though she’s been telling them about it right after she bought it. well now they are saying she never bought it from there and that she’s had the jeep for a year.. she’s only had it for 3 months! very unprofessional.

Initial call in to the business… they answered the phone with a rude tone and just said “hi”, I said “hi how are you today?”, response “yup what’s up “… I said “is this N.S motors”… he said “yup, what do you need”… that was the end of that. For someone calling with impeccable credit and cash in hand for full price of car, could have been an easy sell for them and money in their pocket. Needless to say, we are going elsewhere.

I purchased a car from Tim at north south about a month ago. The check engine light was on when I bought it. I noted this to Tim and was told he would fix it, it took a few tries but it was resolved to my satisfaction. I would buy from them again. They stood behind it.

Fantastic experience. Bought a rebuilt title car from them, they showed me the pictures of what caused it to be totalled out, showed a list of everything they did to it. Would recommend checking them out. One of the best deals I've seen!

Bought an SUV there which I liked for a great price. I was a little hesitant because it was used but Leo assured me he stands by the vehicles there. At the end of month it developed a few unseen problems and they still worked hard to repair my vehicle no questions asked! They even fixed a few new problems that appeared a lil later no charge! My wife needed a car as her car had rusted out. We saw a listing at North South Motor Cars and stopped by to check it out. The one we wanted was sold but we were told to look to see if we could find something else. We decided on a 2019 Nissan Sentra but after buying the car we found a problem with a sensor and they were very understanding and asked us to pick something else. We then decided to buy a 2016 Subaru Impreza and did so. Three weeks later we heard a loud squeaking in the brakes. We were told to bring the car back to be checked. They then did a complete brake job including rotors as they wanted us to be satisfied. They do offer a 30 day warranty and they stand by it. I cannot recommend any better place to buy your next used car. Very professional and polite. They do fix cars that have been in an accident but we feel the reasonable pricing is fair.

I'm sure things aren't always perfect when car searching and I assume some people come to this place without fully understanding that they fix cars that are deemed "totalled" and give you a rebuilt title... my experience here was phenomenal and my 2015 Q50 that I purchased for a very fair price runs and feels better than the Q50 I sold prior. Very satisfied with the whole process from the atmosphere to the closing. I spent all my downtime there petting Tim's dog. I insured my car before I left the parking lot. Easy day. Thanks guys.

We've had a horrible experience with the car we purchased for my son. Since the minute he drove the car home, he's had nothing but problems - two accuators needed to be replaced. The next day, we took the car for an inspection sticker and two tie rods needed to be replaced. In the barely two years he has owned it, we have spent nearly what we paid for the car ($10K). It's been one major problem after another, including the latest of having to replace both headlights (mechanic told us the vehicle had had front end damage but it was never reported to us) that cause the ballasts to need replacing and on top of that, now the power steering pump has to be replaced because it's all rotted out, at a cost of $2K. I would never recommend purchasing from this place to anyone. If my son was in a position to purchase a new vehicle right now, we'd get rid of this car as soon as possible.

I bought a Nissan Sentra with a rebuilt title from this business on September 4, 2021. The vehicle came with paperwork that it had been inspected by New Hampshire police and it was safe to drive. Once I had purchased the car, I took it to two other places for further inspection. Both noted that the transmission was significantly cracked and the car was unsafe to drive. It would sometimes j*** forward, slow down, or stop completely on busy roads and I was unable to drive it.Replacing the transmission would have cost half the price I had paid for the car. I notified the business and they were able to replace the transmission at no additional cost, but this was several months after the initial purchase.

Extraordinary car experience and a fantastic deal on an Audi A4 with 30k miles. Leo and his team is all you need to know to get into a deal but act quickly as inventory comes and goes in a heart beat. This ride just came in yesterday and I took her home today. The rest is history! Will be back soon for another deal to be made at ridiculous prices. Other dealers will be glad to take your money and charge thousands more than I paid. Do yourself a favor and drive to Seabrook and ask questions as to how they do car restorations while saving you big money no where else to be found in the area for comparable cars or trucks.

The people at this place, lie,lie lie. I agreed with 2 different sales people that they would hold a vehicle for me. They were waiting for a title to show up. I called numerous times to remind them and let them know I was still interested. I told them I would be there the next day to pick it up. I called to check again and they tell me they sold it to someone else. I waited a month, they sell it to someone else without even checking with me. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!

They are pretty good about picking up the phone and answering questions.However, people should know that while the website says they are "asking" a certain price, they are not willing to negotiate all.
