Amy and Ashley are very helpful pleasant and work very hard to help with any problem you may have very friendly and professional I would recommend if you have metro those are the young ladies you want helping you

We had some difficulty with my mother’s phone, and Amy took care of us! She was patient, professional, and we really enjoyed working with her. Her customer service skills were excellent. I would highly recommend, and believe she is an asset to Metro!

Amy was spectacular. She helped me transfer my iPhone 11 to iPhone 15. She was very patient., and very helpful. I was in no hurry to get things done and I told her to help other customers when they came through the door. She did her job while checking on me. I’m very pleased with her work she deserves more.
