It was an easy online purchase . The delivery only took a few weeks. We bought it for our laundromat to see how it would do with the customers . We’ve had it for almost a year , it gets used a handful of times a day and haven’t had no issues with it.

Bernie with Massage Chair Store was great to work with. Purchasing a higher end massage chair is really something that needs to be done in person, as you really need to test drive the different types and models of chairs available to find what works best for you. Bernie was super knowledgeable about the products and great to work with while we worked through what we wanted for features in our chair. The quality of the chairs at the Massage Chair Store is tangible as they are heavy, and solid. The selection of chairs was impressive, with all the different types of chairs in their New Hampshire showroom. Delivery went perfectly with no issues and we could not be happier with the end result. This has been a wonderful experience from the very start. From purchasing this chair to the delivery of the chair and absolutely Wonderful white Glove set up experience. I couldn't be happier! I purchased the Kyota Kansha M878 . I watched the video how to work the remote,but it didn't say how to set up the sensing body adjustment. I called the massage chair store and they easily explained to me how to adjust the sensing of the body which I must say makes all the difference in the world. If by some chance you are considering this massage chair, GO FOR IT! - YOUR GOING TO LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, PAMPERING YOURSELF! Trust me, It's worth every Penny! if you have any questions at all, They are more than happy to help you at the massage chair store! Support is GREAT! Get the white Glove set up and delivery, You'll be glad you did! The chair is very Heavy and it would be a bit complicated for a 70 year old man top try and set up. It comes in 4 separate boxes. Had a great experience buying a chair with Bernie! He offered a lot of his time teaching us about chairs, giving advice, etc. And worked with us after to make sure we had everything we needed. He even sent us extra backup screws and things that we asked for.

The sales people were great and the chair itself is fantastic. The only reason I did not give a 5, is due to the white glove service. They did not hook it up properly and did not seem to be experienced with the chair. I was able to get my sales person on the phone right away, though, and he got me someone who helped me complete some of the connections. I would definitely recommend the store and the chair I bought!

My wife hasn't had to go to a chiropractor since I bought her the chair that in itself has freed up a lot of time. She says that she feels better and has less pain if something doesn't feel right she can use the chair at her convenience in stead of waiting for an Appt.

I have had a good experience with this group. My first chair didn't quite meet my expectations but they were willing to replace for a different chair and pickup and ship back my current chair. I would work with them again.
