It was an easy online purchase . The delivery only took a few weeks. We bought it for our laundromat to see how it would do with the customers . We’ve had it for almost a year , it gets used a handful of times a day and haven’t had no issues with it.

They checked in with me a year later to see how the chair was doing. No one's ever done that before. I'm impressed. Also the chair has been great. Good experience.
