Friendly staff whenever I go. Good variety of home decor choices. Not as vast a variety as some other larger stores but good and clean. Cannot return things from stores that have Marshalls/Home goods in one store. They use different department numbers.

Always can find something here, even if you're not looking for it lol. Employees were awesome and helpful! Gave 4 stars because the bigger furniture items were still on the expensive side, but it didn't stop my sister from buying a beautiful sideboard/TV stand ?

Visit this store on a beautiful day with my wife and found 2 small beautiful pieces of some paint frames. They were both the same but different price and pick them up both of them and asked the lady in the front desk at the cashier, she claimed to be the manager. When we asked for to check why it was different price she started with an attitude saying that “there is no way that is the price” and we were talking about $30.difference. Then she started by saying someone put the wrong price tag on. When we told her that this price can miss lead customers she said I can give you $10 discount. Very poor customer service in other stores they would honor the price even it was a mistake the approach should been different. Her body language and her attitude was very unprofessional. I ended up buying the pieces for the price she wanted to because I didn’t want that her attitude ruin my wife’s day of. I won’t ever go back there because giving someone’s $10 discount would never makes someone’s day when is about principe!!! Hope there are mangers that can read my review and help this manager to learn how to treat customers.

The store is clean and well-organized. The staff is pleasant, despite being understaffed. The store can get very busy and slow due to lack of staffing, especially in the evening or at night. They have some good deals on clearance, but not a lot.
