John Rudolph at the Seabrook branch is the most kind, and accommodating counter person there. This guy never fails to greet me as I walk in the door and makes me feel like I’m at the right place all the time. If I can’t find a product he shows me where it is, if it’s not on the shelf he will find it and ship it to the store or my house/jobsite as quickly as possible. This guy even helps on pricing once in a while if I think something is too expensive and I’m about to go elsewhere. He knows the value of keeping the customer happy and i actually look forward to coming in and seeing him. My whole team loves this guy! He treats us all good.

Everytime i go here to do plumbing project they always come through. If it's to detailed they will tell you so. But they always try to get you there. Forget HD and LOWES. This is where you go . A great guy named rich worked with me and guided me through a simple job.....maybe to him. But he explained it in detail. I'm very happy.....thanks rich
