I’m moving into a new home, and need furniture to fill my rooms … With my list in hand, I walked into Bob’s with an open mind and no expectations. Anthony, my Guest Experience Specialist, greeted me, introduced himself, and left me to browse after explaining the layout of the expansive selections, and answering my questions. There was no hovering, and no pressure whatsoever, which quickly put me at ease.Anthony knew his stuff and answered all my questions fully, and without hesitation. I must say - I was very impressed!I chose my new pieces of furniture, new mattress, etc and he completed the sale transaction easily and quickly, but again, nothing felt rushed. He showed me the delivery calendar and I was able to choose my preferred day. Now, my one issue was that, as of that day, my new home still had no stairs/deck built (!!), so I chose the delivery date, and Anthony told me how to handle the possibility of changing my delivery date … one thing that I was extremely worried about. Problem solved!I still need more items for my home, and I plan on returning to Bob’s - I’m also definitely going to ask for Anthony. He’s an asset to Bob’s for sure. Bought a new chair for my table back in early November of 2023. Was told it would be delivered the following week. It did not get delivered for over a month later in December of 2023. After contacting customer service numerous times during this, I was told the delivery fee would get waived because of the inconvenience they have caused me. Fast forward to March of 2024 and this store charged me for the delivery fee (3 months later). After contacting them, they refused to remove the fee, forcing me to contact my Credit Card company to file for fraudulent charges made by this store. This store scams people, buyers beware

We had Frank as our sales person. He was very helpful but not pushy, which we liked. Let us look around at our leisure and when we were ready to purchase, he made it fast and easy.

Received help from both Diana and Frank on two separate occasions. They were both super helpful and friendly. You can tell they are genuine people who care about you getting exactly what you want and aren’t pushy either! Thank you Diana and Frank !

Customer service when buying a mattress was great, however upon pickup dealt with just about the worst customer service ever. Called in the morning to schedule and confirm a pickup, after driving 45 minutes and arriving at the store, was told (very rudely) that they don’t do pickups on Tuesdays by a woman who I was not even the one helping me. I informed the man helping me that we called this morning, and was once again rudely interrupted by the woman saying they don’t do pickups. The man checked and confirmed that we did in fact call in the morning, and the woman rolled her eyes. When my father questioned the man on the woman’s attitude, he acted like it never happened. If i wasn’t so desperately in need of a mattress I certainly would not be giving them my money. Can safely say I will never spending thousands of dollars (or any money) here again.

If I could give no stars, I would. 10/10 do not recommend coming to this store for your furniture purchase.Unbelievably disappointing experience. Started out being praised for being in the store at all as a customer- then promised a couch for a certain delivery day as I expressed my need to be delivered by a certain time and was assured without doubt it would arrive by then. Was texted confirming the delivery date was all set to go, and was messaged by my sales person it was never actually delivered to the store and was going to have to push it out another month, while when I had originally ordered it with her it was listed as in stock at the store.Beware of Carole, as she will lie to you to make a sale, and if you end up cancelling your order she will never actually process your refund nor get it to the correct person to process it for you- only authorize it as a store credit.When trying to speak with a member of management to express my views pertaining to how unprofessional this entire experience has been, was told to call my bank to ask for a quicker refund through my bank.Still awaiting a refund, at this point not even certain I’ll get this refund.
