Very poor customer service. When asked to obtain a new replacement membership card for my wife I was scorned by the front desk for not being the primary cardholder. When I responded to explain that the card is used and her father’s name to get him groceries as he is disabled, the response was “ Tell your father-in-law to download the app”. Policy or not the gentleman was very rude, and somehow managed to be offensive twice in one meeting As when I first approached the desk He initially looked up at me and barked “I’m helping her “!”- Bye BJs.Stop being so stuffy about your silly memberships. You should be honored we spend our money with you, not the other way around.

I don’t know what the gentleman’s name is but he’s bald with a goatee. Very rude to customers talking to customers like a know it all and because I couldn’t qualify for a bjs card he made me feel so in deferent soi bought myself a years card and because of him BJS lost me. I would like to have a membership to you but not as long as you have someone like him at the membership desk. So sorry not for me. Best wishes

It is an excellent place to get some things in bulk. They have a nice variety of items. The people there are helping and friendly. There is lots of space for parking. It is worth the money to join.

Huge, new store with a crazy amount of products and also convenient gas pumps. The staff is very helpful and they have a good attitude. Mostly catering to customers who buy in bulk, so I must be careful. Low-salt or dietetic products are mostly non-existent. Starbucks French Roast whole bean coffee is a favorite and quite often, there is a $6.60 coupon in the mail flyer. I grind my own for longer lasting freshness. 9 cups with the cost of paper filters stands me about $1.00 per pot, which is why I never have coffee on the road. I’m not a cheap guy but I sure like value.

Customer service at Bj's is the worst in the business.Alway out of advertised items. Wanted to by a TV no sign saying clearance, Customer service said order online, can't because it's the floor model. Called to by it and told can't take payment over the phone.I was in the store could have done it then but bad information given. Only recourse drive back hope it's there.Sign said on sale until 11/19 it was 10/19Deceptive marketing at best. Told we don't mark clearance items. They have been going down hill for years

This store is strategically understaffed, with sometimes a single employee having to handle multiple departments (bakery, deli, produce). Meanwhile other BJ's seem to be swimming in employees.DO NOT BUY CUT MEAT HERE!!!I've overheard employees complain to each other that the bald manager of the meat department does not wash his hands. To that point, while looking at ribs, I once saw him take off multiple layers of gloves to step out of the meat room and help another customer, then when he went back into the meat room, I saw him pick up the same wad of used gloves and wiggle them back on and go back to what he was doing. It's been 20 years since I have worked in food, but even I remember that reusing disposable gloves is a health hazard.

Went to get my tires changed at this location specifically because they had the ability to do alignments. Last time I took a vehicle to a quick service tire center I was told they couldn’t do the alignment because the “bolts were stuck”. I was fed the same load of garbage today. Also the guy working the desk obviously goes on power trips with customers, loves to say no, not concerned with helping the customer get what they want. A man pulled up out front, and the employee said “you can’t park there, how about you park in an actual parking spot.” And refused to listen to what the customer had to say until he moved his vehicle. Mind you, this customer wasn’t blocking anyone, there were 1 customer and 2 employees at this location at the time. Won’t be going back to this location, due to their “can’t do” attitude.

I Recently visited at the BJ’s store in Seabrook I was at the deli ordering some cold cuts. I was looking for the best price I asked for something that showed a lower price than the others. After the attendant packaged and gave me the product, the price was almost double what was shown in the case I asked her why she said the computer does it I asked for a manager, and basically got the same results. Not to mention both people had very poor attitudes, so when you buy something at BJ’s don’t always expect the price to be with shown on the product.

The warehouse is relatively new, opened about a year or so ago.Large parking lot but it’s Never truly busy, compared to any Costco warehouse.Overall, it’s decent & has the basic necessities for food items but nothing special.BJs own Wellesley Farm & Jensen clothing are nothing special. Avoid the clothing line as it’s really not that good like the underwear or socks. The gas savings (& rotisserie chicken) makes up for the cost of membership. There are online price specials so you don’t have to ever pay full cost for membership. The best thing is that the gas station opened up recently so you can get gas at a discount.Weirdly, the gas cost less than at the Portsmouth location.

BJ's gas stations are a nice perk of BJ's warehouse membership, as the prices per gallon tend to be 5-10 cents cheaper than the next best area alternatives. This was the case when I stopped by here, with an added bonus: prices were another 5-10 cents cheaper than stations just south of the state line. Not surprisingly, there was a wait at each of the pumps, but, in general, left-facing pumps (which sync up with right-facing fuel tanks on people's cars) have shorter waits than right-facing ones. Even if the pump is misaligned with the tank, the hoses are long enough to reach the other side of your car, so go ahead and choose the shortest line regardless of which side the pump faces.

Store is absolutely terrible, some of the worst management I’ve ever seen, no one knows where anything is. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with retail management
