What’s the point of filling out a cake sheet for day time and what you want and then the day comes and they’re never ready! Ordered cake in the past was called a day before and was told that the cake imaging machine is broken and then today came in for cupcakes and they weren’t done! Thankfully I was understanding and had the time to wait but I can’t imagine if I had somewhere to go right after picking them up and had to wait. Ridiculous!

Love shopping here! It is never crowded whenever I go. Always plenty of parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Gas is easy to get and the store has a tire shop so I have to look at that sometime. I love that the app has many deals. The store is clean and organized. Perfect location too.

Love bjs ! Great bakery lots of options of family sized portions ! They have clothes , toiletries TV's there and eye doctors in there. I personally love BJs ! Great coffee in their brand too !

We never post a bad review, however this was compelling enough for me to post. The scanning machines had an issue with scan bar codes and qr code on certain products that requires an assciate to come over and fix. But we didn't realize the last item was taken off, so we were stopped at the front and told we were missing an item. After holding up the line, I had to do the walk of shame back to the register to purchase the item that was left off. Once I came back the guy at the front took my receipt and wrote it down in a log, while holding up people trying to leave. So, again, a second time of being treated like a criminal. In the meatime, while I was purchasing the 1 item, the guy told my wife that he had logged 3 pages of discrepancies. I think you need to re-evaluate your self scanning units or open up more cashier lanes. This has left a very sour taste in my mouth and will be heading over to Sam's Club in the near future.

Just recently became a member. So far the staff have been accommodating and friendly. Gas prices are very good and with the hours I've been there no wait time. The store is very clean and organized. So far I've purchased mostly food items. I do wish there were more healthy options to choose from! Im not one for processed foods, candy or salty/ fat laden snacks and sweetened beverages. I'll give the membership more time & decide if it's worth renewing.

Never shopping at the Seabrook BJ's location again. As we were entering the store this afternoon the tall, skinny, redhead employee at the door tried to startle my fiance when she looked back at our vehicle, when she gave him a look he simply said, "oh, uh, you were looking the other way." They were behind me so I didn't even realize what was happening or that he was talking to her/us until after we entered the store.
Just a totally weird, offputting, and unprofessional experience.
We don't pay for a membership to be harassed by strangers who don't know how to act.

Very poor customer service. When asked to obtain a new replacement membership card for my wife I was scorned by the front desk for not being the primary cardholder. When I responded to explain that the card is used and her father’s name to get him groceries as he is disabled, the response was “ Tell your father-in-law to download the app”. Policy or not the gentleman was very rude, and somehow managed to be offensive twice in one meeting As when I first approached the desk He initially looked up at me and barked “I’m helping her “!”- Bye BJs.Stop being so stuffy about your silly memberships. You should be honored we spend our money with you, not the other way around.

I don’t know what the gentleman’s name is but he’s bald with a goatee. Very rude to customers talking to customers like a know it all and because I couldn’t qualify for a bjs card he made me feel so in deferent soi bought myself a years card and because of him BJS lost me. I would like to have a membership to you but not as long as you have someone like him at the membership desk. So sorry not for me. Best wishes

It is an excellent place to get some things in bulk. They have a nice variety of items. The people there are helping and friendly. There is lots of space for parking. It is worth the money to join.
