This location was not busy upon our arrival. There were three of us together, and we were the only patrons in the store. Abbigail greeted us as soon as we walked in. We browsed around for a while and 2-3 more customers entered the building while we were still there. As we moved to the back of the store I want to say 3 or 4 additional employees appeared, one was attached to her phone and the others were grouped up talking and stocking the shelves? Maybe a combination of the two.Anyway, three patrons were in line, and only Abbigail came to the register to address them as the rest of the team members continued to chat amongst themselves. She was friendly, knowledgable and offered recommendations for scents. It was a little annoying that the other emoloyees couldn’t help her out while people waited in line holding heavy merchandise like multiple candles, soaps, lotions, etc. Again it wasn’t busy and it just seemed like they could’ve resumed their conversation once the store cleared again. It was clean and the displays looked good. I give it a 3 for Abbigail. Thank you.

Was gifted a 15 dollar fragrance I don’t care for they were very rude only offered 3 dollar store credit exchange. This place is awful do not Recommend

Went in the store Saturday morning for the HUGE CANDLE ONCE A YEAR SALE!! I was there about 9:15 they were SOLD out of all the Christmas scents but they had thousands of other scents-you know the ones no one wants! Its December people want Christmas scents! I believe this is just a big ruse to get you to buy the crap they cant get rid of! TO BE SOLD OUT LESS THAN AN HOUR AFTER THE STORE OPENS IS BULL! I DONT BELIEVE IT!

i've never used yelp, but i downloaded this app just to say Martha (i hope that was her name, i didn't get a good luck of her name tag) was the nicest employee ever. showing me her favorite scents, and recommendations. she was very nice :)

Great sized store with a huge selection of candles (the best smelling in my opinion-forget Yankee Candle), soaps, body lotions, etc. It is awesome to not have to travel to a mall to buy my favorite candles and hand soap. Staff is super nice here too!
