However, the two tellers were pleasant and efficiently meeting clients requests. The line moved quickly. I was quite pleased.Is it possible in person banking needn't be a grinding chore? I opened a new member account literally within minutes. Surprise! Surprise! In person banking needn't be a time consuming groaning chore!Jessica, Branch Manager, is on top of things and does a great job!..I never felt rushed with my queries. She guided me thru some banking technicalities and I am able to execute a financial plan to my satisfaction.Farewell major national banks! Service Credit Union is the way I choose to bank. I prefer being a share member as opposed to a faceless customer.”

“I am thoroughly shocked that this store scored so low. I've been through a lot of banks and they have been the most friendliest, kindest, type of people that I could be friends with. They're incredibly helpful and took their time to explain every single option to me and it didn't matter to them what I chose, and they were more than happy to just sit and go over it with me and then they had some fun when the time was right and we all had a good laugh. I have to give a serious shout out to Belkis who is absolutely incredible and helped me open up all kinds of accounts that I've never had before so thank you! Monita, keep dreaming girl! Your time will come, lol! She's just the funniest lol. And then Alexis and Minnie were on I think the third time I went in and they were just as great. I think I could name the whole staff at this point! But those four definitely stood out in more ways than one, ALL REMARKABLE WOMEN!!!!!”
