Walked into this store because I was in the area and needed a rear windshield wiper. Asked a gentleman to help me find the one I needed for my car. He TOLD me the wiper I needed and didn’t even help me find it down the aisle. In the meantime an older gentleman asked me if I needed windshield wipers for my headlights or blinker fluid. This was so degrading I couldn’t even respond. Just because you see a female in autozone does not mean you need to make sexist comments. I hope that made your day better because I will never be stepping into an autozone again. Especially this one.

Worst store, unhelpful customer service who can’t do much than a worse job then looking up parts wrong, never pulling the parts to have them waiting when picked up! Total waste of time & money! And yes I’m still submitting a corporate complaint! Not pleased on how I (still a customer) was treated on multiple occasions! Never coming back, taking my business elsewhere! Autozone is a joke!

We were looking for windshield wiper blades for two of our trucks. Could not find them in other stores. The gentleman who helped us could not be more knowledgeable and we had them in no time! Wonderful service!

Thomas was so helpful with changing out my impossible headlight even in inclement weather! I had the wrong bulb and the configuration in the hood is a nightmare. Over the top service! I am grateful!

First time stopping into the store and Thomas C. Was very helpful in helping me navigate the oil purchase for my foreign car. He even looked under my hood to determine that it was the right one to use.

Customer service at this particular store is horrible, they don’t want to work due to the fact it’s very cold outside, they pretend that their scanners are broken.

Very helpful and great product recommendation! Went into the store looking for a product that could correct damage to car paint after removing dried sap with acetone. Thought the damage was beyond repair. Amy recommended Meguiar’s mirror glaze professional swirl remover and it worked like a dream! Thank you Amy!!
