“Great service. Took them up on their offer of a discounted brake caliper lubrication and tire rotation. I have a Tesla Model S and it needs brake caliper lubrication annually to forestall a situation where the brake calipers seize up. Apparently, as Johnny Vieira explained, electric cars with regen go lightly on the brakes compared to an ICE car. As a result the maintenance interval for ICE brakes is much shorter than for EV brakes. As a result ICE calipers get more regular maintenance. So with EV calipers you need to lubricate the calipers even though the brake pads don't need replacing. They also spotted the worn out front sway bar links and offered to replace them. I agreed and am very happy with the way the car handles now that the rattle from the front end is gone. I didn't realize how much of a difference new sway bar links improved the driving experience over worn out ones!”

“It is truly a pleasure to write a review for a company that exceeded my expectations in every way possible. In early May my 2010 Ford F-150 needed some body work. As is the norm for trucks that age, the rocker panels were completely rotted out. I took the truck to Watts Racing to have them replaced. They were courteous, professional, and completed the job on-time and on budget. The quality of the work was excellent, and since there are no longer holes in the truck, the cab is actually quieter now. I'd give them six stars if I could. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the whole service experience at Watts Racing. They earned a lifetime customer. As an added bonus, they were very courteous to my wife as well. If your vehicle needs help, call them. Once you drop it off, you can stop worrying about it. Your car, truck, SUV, or super modified will be in very capable hands.”

“Last month my wife discovered her RAV 4 had a flat tire in the driveway. Ordinarily, this sort of thing is my domain. However, I was in a Boston hospital recovering from major surgery. She called AAA, and Pat's towing sent a tow truck. The tire had a slow leak but would hold air. The driver filled the tire and suggested my wife drive to Pat's Towing for repair. He was kind enough to follow her to the garage in case she had trouble while in route. The tech found a large screw in her tire, removed it, and plugged her tire. Pat's Towing staff was very kind and respectful to my wife. The tire was plugged properly and the price was very reasonable considering the rapid service. I truly appreciate the professionalism shown to my wife. We will both happily bring our vehicles to Pat's Towing in the future. They have earned both my gratitude and my respect. Thanks guys!

“Had a flat on highway. Looked up where to go. My GPS pointed me to this Sullivan tire. Got there just in time as tire pressure was in stress. Seabrook NH from intake to servicing were aces. Jason was very accommodating at front desk. Manager (Ben) who did initial intake was professional and courteous. They seemed honest and there were no hassles. Fixed my tire and got an alignment. Nice people. I would go there again even though further away.”
