The don't even attempt to deliver my package abd say they did. Everyone was home when they left a notice saying they tried. They do this all they time. They are the worst post office. They say rain or snow not this post office they can't even do sunshine!!!

Mail carrier on our route is great. But I’ve never once had a good experience going into this office. I wish I could give the guy behind the counter zero stars. He is completely ignorant when it comes to getting through the line of people waiting. This guy will crack jokes, and take 30 seconds between scans for each customer. Never again.

They can't even deliver a package right, they say it's out for delivery and never show up even though im home, and then I get a message saying I have to pick up my package at the post office, unbelievable! Sounds like laziness to me

Leaves pink slip in mailbox with no attempt to deliver certified mail to door. Obviously lied when they checked box that a 1st attempt was made.

The mailbox you own falls under specific categories of limited use and full service use, limited use is incoming full services outgoing and incoming. The postmaster in sandown made the argument against their own policies to justify their own carrier stealing money from my mailbox out of an unmarked envelope.His justification was they have the right to remove mail anytime. I have a limited use mailbox and also it was Cash in an envelope marked for somebody, absolutely not the carrier.

Packages never able to be delivered. FedEx and UPS have no issues delivering. Once a package was left in a puddle halfway down my driveway. Delivering things is literally all you do.

Friendly staff in the office, helped me with a special request with a smile. Our delivery is consistent and reliable. I appreciate all they do to deliver to us even in NH winter weather!
