“Post office flying flag at night with no light Per us flag code American flags when flown on public property shal be lit up at night or taken in. as of today 3/23/23 6:00 am flag is dark. Out and not lit up let’s see when this gets taken care if I’ll be making my call today . Please remember a lot of man and woman fought and died for our freedoms and our flag please please let’s see it respected! “I lost a letter today at this Post Office. I called when I got home and spoke to Cindy and asked if it was possible for someone to look for it. She put me on hold and went to look, came back in a few minutes and had found the piece of mail. She was friendly and helpful, and took time out of her busy day just to help me. I am extremely grateful and thankful to this kind lady.”

“I just moved to Plaistow. I had a large package to return, and I pulled into the post office and parked in the handicap spot. As i got myself,my walker, and my package out of the car, an employee came right outside and offered to take my package inside for me and take care of it. I was so impressed, courtesy like that is hard to come by!!! Kudos to the Plaistow post office!”

“They are not perfect but like everywhere they have some employees that are better than others. After reading some of these ridiculous reviews, I had to leave one. What other service delivers to you almost everyday? One or two issues here and there can be expected, they are humans. I once had a package that they forgot to put a slip in my mailbox. I looked on the informed delivery and it said it was at the post office (I'd recommend signing up for that). When I went there they very politely looked for the package checked my ID and that was it. No big deal.”
“This is the Best place to go to every day, if I don't make it in at least once a day, I feel like I am missing something that the Manager and the Postel worker say like even a nice hello, by first name, making me feel that I'm doing something to keep me busy, selling on line!
