One time they called me and told me I had a package the was overnighter from the VA at there facility. It was my insulin. Great work.”

After watching my package bebopped around the Northeast, Sean reached out to let me know he was trying to get it corrected. Laurie was kind enough to deal with my sour attitude and kept me posted (pun not intended) on where the package was at once they had got their hands on it.

“Hey a shout out to Nancy working behind the counter today! Give this one a raise! Nancy is very knowledgeable and one of the best at her job! Dumbo me dropped off a UPS package at the counter and she immediately called my cell that luckily was on my return address to alert me of this mistake. Raced back to the PO for pickup and delivery to the UPS office. Thank You Nancy for going above and beyond the Call Of Duty!!!!!!”
“All of the post office employees are very friendly and hard working people. They are some of the only good people in this town. Unlike other post offices, they actually answer their phone and provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. I am thankful to have a very good mailman. The old mailman who retired was also very nice.”

“I just moved to Plaistow. I had a large package to return, and I pulled into the post office and parked in the handicap spot. As i got myself,my walker, and my package out of the car, an employee came right outside and offered to take my package inside for me and take care of it. I was so impressed, courtesy like that is hard to come by!!! Kudos to the Plaistow post office!”
