Trash absolutely the worst purchased a vehicle a month ago that was “freshly stickered” in the first month of owning it I’ve had 1200 of repairs needed and more still going. Two shot wheel bearings. Seatbelt sensor inoperative. And the worst part my fault for not seeing this the active headrest restraint system for collision was deployed. And broken several trim pieces broken and just set in place fell off or broke upon touching. This car should have never been sold like this you should be ashamed I’ll be contacting the better business bureau on this one

Do you have lots of spare cash? Then this place is for you. Paid asking price for car, charged for using my debit card and the car needed work within the first week. Things
that should have been done before selling the car and noticed at inspection. Less than a year over 2000.00 in repairs.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE YOUR WALLET WILL THANK YOU

We recently bought my 16 y.o. sons very first new to him car at Pine Knoll Auto Service. This was the very best car buying experience I have ever had ! I would highly reccomend this car dealership not only for the quality cars but for the individualized custom service experience we had. They bent over backwards for us to make sure the car was perfect for my son. Melissa ,her family, and even her little dog Bentley made this a dream come true for my son. Buying local from Melissa far exceeded our expectations.
