We had a confirmed reservation. When we arrived they told us they never received it due to their system being down but that they could prep a table and have us seated in 15-20 minutes. We waited and waited checking periodically to see if our table was fresh and were assured it would not be much longer. After waiting over an hour someone finally emerged holding a stack of menu. We looked at her hopefully and she said “no, definitely not you.” At that point we decided to seek other alternatives. Not easy for a large party on a Saturday night. An extremely frustrating experience made more frustrating by the casual indifference of the staff.

This restaurant should be removed from OpenTable. Our reservation was basically ignored as there was no staff to serve customers. The place was nearly empty and had a bad smell. Recommend they get a new manager or shut down.

We were seated fairly soon after we arrived and around our reservation time, even though there was a line. Our server was amazing! Jovial, quick, and everything served with a smile. We remarked how there were only a few servers, but she still did everything with a smile. The food came out quickly and according to how we ordered. Great experience at Bertucci's!!!

I didn't realize that Yogibo had store locations. I always thought they were just online. My daughter has a Yogibo beanbag. She has had it for years. I walked in with my daughter and was greeted my 2 smiling women. I was looking to buy a new pillow for myself. I am a hot sleeper and can never find a pillow to keep me cool. Rhonda recommended the pillow she uses. I had the best night's sleep!!! I didn't wake up with my hair wet. I went back the next day to buy 2 more. 1 for my husband and 1 for my daughter. Rhonda and I laughed and joked around. Top notch customer service!!! Thank you so much for your help!!!

The reservation system was not working and there was nothing they could do for us to make it right. We had our 5 year old who was hungry and upset that we couldn't have dinner there. I won't be back!!

Customer service was on point. They attained me and my question about the products. Love the staff especially entertaining my child while helping figure out what size product I need for my lifestyle.

When I purchased nearly $600 (products and coverage for them), I was under the impression from the store that they would be fine with my kids and cats. In under 2 months, one bag already has a hole from a cat. I would never have spent this money if I were informed that a) it does not withstand cats and b) that I would need to spend another $30 to have a new replacement warranty each time there is a replacement needed.Very unhappy as a kid and cat mom. Do not recommend!

Cannot get a straight answer as to when my max will be shipped, they are less than an hour from me, two weeks and counting.....moonpod in my future?? So unimpressed with customer service...dont want to give a full star, but i dont have a choice

Ordered online, thrilled they said most orders ship in 3 days, that was two weeks ago, i keep getting assurances that it's going to be put on delivery route, to no avail............why didn't I order a moonpod??

The bread and oil was the only satisfactory part about this meal. Service was slow and the chicken parm was tough and rubbery. Sent it back and a manager never even came over to us. Very disappointed!

This location is selling used and/or bootleg products. Bought what I thought was a brand new cover only to get home and find it has another brand's tag on the zipper pull. Yogibo seems unconcerned. Avoid

employees are rude and unhelpful. a lady around 16-17 told me to get out after checking out some furniture. she said “ you do not want to be kicked out. that would be embarrassing. behave.” when i had done nothing. embarrassing for me and the friend waiting by the door. completely unprofessional and something should be done. completely unacceptable, as it happened to two other people in the store. get your employees together.
