This review is about the call center for Xfinity. I have worked in multiple different areas of customer service and the incompetency of the call center agents is absolutely astonishing! Words cannot describe how disappointed, annoyed and aggravated I am. All I needed was to transfer my service to a different address and I have now been charged multiple times because my service was canceled on the wrong date, causing me to have to call you and spend an hour on the phone to accomplish nothing but being charged more money for the one day service and I still couldn’t get my service for the one day. If you ask my opinion steer clear of Xfinity no matter what.

TIP: BE PATIENT! This store is always busy, get there early on a weekend or you will have to wait. Go during the week, mid-day no problem!
Stopped in the store today with my husband to upgrade our cell phones. Had a great experience working with Shane. He helped us get our new phones set up and transfer over all our data from our old phones. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you, Shane! We really appreciated your help!

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought 2 Xfinity WiFi boost pods. Both did not help improve my service, and one of them was scorching hot when plugged in. Went into the store to return and was told I cannot return anything after 30 days. After 28 years of being an Xfinity customer, I am canceling my service. Ridiculous and wrong. Do better Comcast.

My 70 year old mother went in after a nightmare experience over the phone during her move to a new home. She needed new equipment for me to install, since the install technicians simply never showed up. There were four employees there, including a manager. They scratched their heads at the situation, and the manager left a new hire to help my mom while he took the two other employees NEXT DOOR TO STARBUCKS. The manager told the new employee to just send my mom to the 800 number again, but thankfully he refused to do that and stuck it out with my mom to get to the root of the issue. During that time, 5-6 other customers came in to drop off equipment but could not be serviced since the manager and the other 2 employees were kicking back next door at Starbucks drinking coffee while the rookie was alone in the store focused on helping my mother. The manager and other guys popped back in and gave the new hire a hard time about equipment drop off process, then went back to Starbucks again. Comcast... you have children running this place.

Xfinity is the worst possible service in the world. Customer service is Letterly non existent.
One star way too good for this company.
They are full of promises and do nothing but lie.
I have Xfinity cell phone as most of my neighbors and all of us have the same complaint. decent connection on 9 out of 10cals will NOT happen. They just replied to my review and gave me a link to reach out to and review my problem. Ha Ha , what a joke , its a live chat and any answer you are waiting for takes at least 5 minutes. Dont waste your time folks. Read all the reviews, 95% are 1 star. Believe thm, do not do business with this company

We went in on a Sunday afternoon to drop off our cable box (return it). First, the employees ignored us for over 10 minutes. Then, finally some asked me what I needed. I replied I just needed to drop off our cable box, and they told me “it would be awhile”. When I asked what “awhile” meant, he replied “awhile”. I will never buy services from Comcast again based on this experience. Shameful.
When I asked another woman how long she had been waiting? She replied “over an hour and a half”.

Anything other than buying a new phone you shouldn't probably go to this store. The Methuen one is an official Xfinity store that can fix problems, this one just sells Xfinity stuff apparently.The balls for Comcast to use a bot to reply to a review....... unbelievable.

Please stop turning my service off to "ENHANCE" the xfinity experience it is not that great. Evert month I get a text or a notice from them saying this , it's usually off from 6am just poof gone 300 bucks a month for cable I'm hold to see if I can get a credit for this ridiculous crud if I don't you will loose a customer....

They sent me wrong phone and went to store but they didn't take it said I had to mail it in but tried to get a mailing slip but never sent me one... Called 6 different times trying to just get a mailing slip sent to me...

2/23/24 Salem, NH - 3 empl. incl. Mgr waiting on 2 cust. when I entered store. I said I only had a question, they said "we'll be right with you". Waited for 45 min during which mgr left store for 15 min and then sat at desk. When I complaned about service and asked for mgr name, he refused or to help me and told me to leave. Cancelled Triple Pay online after 40yrs. as customer.Caveat Emptor!
