“I dont know that I've ever taken time to review a clothing store, but this is worth the effort. We were waited on this evening by Matt Klueber who was amazing!! I haven't had customer service of this quality in a store for years. He knew the store, his inventory, and the job. I had two teenage boys with me shopping for suits for prom. He was a rock star. We left with shoes, belt, socks, pants, shirts, ties, and jackets for both. They were thrilled. At one point we couldn't find the pants for one of the suits in the right size. The computer said there should be one. He looked everywhere, and ultimately found them on the wrong rack. I would shop more if all salespeople were like him! I asked for his business card so I could write this proper review! Thank you, Matt!!!”
“Krystal the cashier was excellent! After comparing multiple shoe stores in the mall, I decided on Vans after receiving a 15% discount on a pair of slip-on shoes. I love the reliability and durable footwear of this store. I have owned vans for 6 years and was looking for a replacement since I got a hole in one of mine. Will definitely return in the future :)”

“I had an amazing time at this store. I usually don’t talk much while I’m shopping but Whitney asked me if I needed help picking out some dresses and she did an amazing job. I wish I could remember all the names (I’m really bad at that) but the girls working on 9.17.23 at around 3:00pm made me feel so welcomed and beautiful. I was shopping for a very special occasion and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you <3”
“Great location for this Kohls close to everything in Salem, NH. Great customer service from all departments. Very clean store and very well stocked. Minimum wait in checkouts, too. They already have St. Patrick's and Easter items. Sephora inside the store is a plus ??”

“Came to the Salem NH store. I’m from Massachusetts but I decided to travel. I love this store!!! Brianna F. Helped me so much. She looked into a different sized dress for me and traveled around the store to assist me for that dress. Also she helped me pick out what would look best on me. She’s a very pleasant young woman. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. (Although I spent too much lol)”

“Aeropostal is a very welcoming place to shop at as well as work for. The customers come from near and far to get the experience of Aeropostal apparel. The store can get busy at times but the staff tries there best to accommodate everyone’s needs and wants. It’s located in a beautiful area and right off the highway which explains the high volume of customers who come to shop at the mall. The employees are very focused and have a drive for excellent customer service.”
“This is the one store that clothes fit me right, its a little pricey but clearly for all the right reasons. The customer service is amazing and kind as well in stores, workers helped me on learning about a sale that I used to by a bathing suit!! Will be back multiple times for sure”
